Do Rebellion Packs Need A Deadline?

In this video, I respond to a comment on my YouTube channel regarding the Rebellion packs currently sitting unallocated in the DAO. With the recent changes to the Visions of Verico land packs and even how Conclave Arcana packs in the DAO were handled, I think we need to revisit the fact that there are almost 1 million Rebellion packs in the DAO that we should do something with and then eventually burn. Otherwise it leaves too much potential overhang on the market for the long term.
