Does Splinterlands Need To Be Simplified?
In this video, I respond to a comment on my YouTube channel regarding the complexity around Splinterlands and if there should a push to a more simple version of the game - a Splinterlands Classic Mode so to speak. I think Frontier Format is that opportunity and a solid gateway for new players to experience all that Splinterlands has to offer - all for free to play. I hope the team can continue to expand on that offering so it will be something the masses enjoy.

Are you looking for a simple game on Hive? Here is a good news for you, a brand new business empire game is rolling....!
Nice one , thanks for sharing !
I think one of the best things about Splinterlands is the possibilities it offers. You can chose one playstyle you favour or play them all. You can make your bot work in survival mode to benefit from the cards you collected, or rent out your stuff for dec.
I understand that at first it can be confusing to have multiple currencies and game modes, but you don't need to use all currencies to benefit from the game and be able to improve your deck.
You can spend glint earned from playing, dec earned from renting, credits bought directly with fiat currencies, sps from playing and staking, vouchers and tokens, tickets to participate in extra events such as reward pulls.
I hope the team won't simplify the game, to be honest. Frontier is all starters need, in my opinion; also support of the community and more veteran players.
