How Can Splinterlands Get Back To Play To Earn?

In this video, I respond to a comment on my YouTube channel regarding how Splinterlands can get back to play to earn. One thing Dave mentioned in the recent town halls regarding the restructure is that he was optimistic about making changes at the lower levels to incentive people to play for actual rewards rather than how the system has been funneling those rewards to the top. While this was done to curb bot behavior, the team's stance on bots has changed since the early days and I'm excited to see what the team can come up with to change the model to incentivize newer players while also keeping it fair and great for players at the highest levels of competition.
