Is It Too Late To Change Splinterlands?

avatar

In this video, I respond to some comments on my YouTube channel regarding changing some of the fundamental ways in which Splinterlands works - whether it's gameplay, reward structure, or tokenomics. Which begs the larger question - is it too late to change major things within Splinterlands?

One thing I've appreciated about Matt since he took over as CEO is his willingness to consider ANY option that could help the long term prospects of the game and game economy. While some of the ideas we discuss seem very difficult to implement, I do wonder how much could change within Splinterlands over the next 5 years as the first 5 years I've been here have seen a tremendous transformation for the better.

It's never too late. Everything can be changed. Look how far we have come. I also liked how you said my 2 sps instead of 2 cent on the fly.
