Is The Age Of Scarcity Next?

In this video, I'm answering comments on my youtube channel and wanted to share a thought that was posed by one of the posts - is Splinterlands entering the age of scarcity? We've seen the age of abundance and oversupply (looking at you Chaos Legion) and while I believe we are still in the recovery phase from that, many changes to the game and certain aspects have definitely felt high levels of scarcity. The land cards are the most recent example, but you can even point to Rebellion or the soul bound Chaos Legion reward cards that were unlocked and see different items holding their value or there just not being enough for everyone. As we move forward with focus on scarcity I think that trend will only continue to grow.

The new burning mechanics for cinder make the idea of card scarcity interesting. I love all these recent changes.
