Should The DAO Sell DEC for SPS?

In this video, I respond to a comment on my YouTube channel asking if the DAO should buy up all of the Chaos Legion packs on the market to reduce the supply (still over 1.5 million). My response to this is that it isn't the DAO's responsibility and the ONLY thing I would ever want to see the DAO buy off the market would be SPS. While that would recirculate DEC out into the economy, I do think there are ways in which we can have the DAO become long term sustainable using some of it's assets to acquire more SPS to pay out rewards in perpetuity.
