Should The Wild Season Permit Be Optional?

In this video, I discuss an idea to make the wild season permit optional for players in order to earn in Wild Format. If you allow anyone to play and earn soul bound rewards, this would increase activity and improve match liquidity - you can just leave SPS rewards to those who purchased the Wild Permit. Ultimately, I would love to see the wild permit expanded into a some type of Battle Pass but I think we are a ways away from that at this point. What do you think?
