SPS Should Be The Priority Over DEC

In this video, I discuss why SPS should be the priority over DEC in terms of what the DAO and community focus on driving value to. The main reason for DEC to be at peg previously was because it was the revenue for the team and if that revenue was coming in discounted to it's peg price - even while products were being sold at peg value - then the team was not earning enough and having to push out that DEC at higher quantities to facilitate credits transactions. With the new arrangement of the DAO paying the team and credits/fiat coming in higher than needed, we are in a great position to let DEC do it's thing while we focus on driving as much value to SPS as possible. DEC will take care of itself over time.
