In this video, I respond to one of the comments on my YouTube channel regarding the DEC recirculation issue. This is something I've been passionate about recently and it came up again during this exchange. I tried to provide a numbers based example to show how the community needs way more capital to come in if we are recirculating and my hope is that it will be easier to understand that way.
