The Next 18 Months of Land Development

In this video, I lay out what I believe the next 18 months of land development will look like based on one of Cryptomancer's recent updates. Assuming we can knock out major phases every 6 months or so, my guess is that we will see buildings by the end of 2026 (Cryptomancer has already stated this is the targeted plan), Magical and Refined Resources by mid 2027, and potentially items and spells by the end of 2027. Of course, much still needs to be done and the plan is being continually refined so this is probably too optimistic but overall I think there is a lot of hype around where land is finally heading!
