What Do You Think About A Ghost Card Format?

In this video, I propose an idea to add a new format to the game that allows players to play at the highest levels (maxed out cards) for a small fee each season. The winners at the end get to enter a tournament and that tournament pays out big prizes at the end. This allows people to participate and we can go after the long tail of players who don't want to dump thousands of dollars in but want to have a premium experience.

I play a few ghost card tourneys and I think it's fun getting to play with cards you can't afford. Not sure a whole league is necessary but also wouldn't appose it if it was voted on.
