Who Is Responsible For Defending DEC Value?

In this video, I discuss the concept of defending currencies as many countries have different institutions (centrals banks, treasury departments, etc) who are responsible for defending the country's currency. With DEC, the lines have become quite blurred. It is not technically under the purview of the DAO (only SPS, Vouchers, and Node Licenses are) but with the complex relationship introduced to burn SPS for DEC back in 2022, defending DEC should really be something very important to SPS stakeholders. With the new proposal bringing the IP under the DAO's control, we really need to step in a fix the DEC over supply problem.
