Will Rebellion Be Too Overpowered Over Chaos Legion?

In this video, I discuss why I believe Chaos Legion will hold it's own quite well against Rebellion when the new set launches. Modern Format will no doubt change in a great way with Untamed rotating out, but I am not worried at all about balancing. The team has done a great job with the entire Chaos set when it comes to balancing and I believe they will continue that streak when Rebellion comes into the mix.
