POST GENERAL SALE - BEWARE OF FUD
With the general sale for Chaos Legion less than 24 hours away, I wanted to take a quick moment to remind everyone that expectations are very high right now. There is a lot of FOMO and hype and my concern is if the sale does not sell out quickly, overly bearish sentiment will start to take over on the community channels.
Personally, I think it's great that the community is this excited for the general sale and even the SL team has gotten involved with the competition. But we are still seeing a lot of downward pressure on SPS and I expect that to continue through the first few days of the general sale and beyond. That combined with if we do not sell out, many feeling doubt about just how popular this game is.
The metrics are strong and the development is there (and more coming). If you believe in where this game is going, have conviction and go into the general sale knowing that no matter the outcome Splinterlands has a bright future ahead!
