A Sneaky Way to Play Around Super Sneak Modifier
In this battle, both players decided to ignore the Close Range modifier while one fully embraced the other modifier, Super Sneak, while the other tried to be prepared for it and counter it. The result of the battle was very surprising.

Both players didn't really pay attention to the Close Range modifier on this battle. My enemy did use a lot of melee units to take advantage of the Super Sneak modifier while I focused on getting the usual magic damage team. In this battle though, I have prepared tanks on both ends supported by a unit with Repair giving me extra advantage over my enemy. Their units may have high damage but their lower health gives good advantage for me since my attacks bypass their armor. With a few rounds, I was able to completely win the battle with my lineup.

Modifier 1: Close Range: Ranged attacks may be used in the first position in battles.

Modifier 2: Super Sneak: All Melee attack Units have the Sneak ability.
My Lineup:
This lineup focuses on magic damage with protection on both ends. Because of Super Sneak Modifier, I needed a strong defense on both ends. Since ther tank in the front was lacking, I decided to use a Taunt unit and another one with Repair to keep the team alive. Magic units can be found everywhere to work with the archon. With Marlai Singariel increasing magic damage, the whole team becomes stronger. The idea is to survive the possible Sneak from the modifier while staying strong as a full magic damage team.
Marlai Singariel: I am using a full magic damage team so the increase in damage is very strong. Each magic unit gains extra damage which adds up across the lineup. This is like gaining +6 overall damage for the team. Since enemy units have low health, this becomes more effective. Marlai Singariel fits perfectly with this lineup.
Abyssal Elemental: Does not have high health or armor but Resurgence helps a lot. When defeated, he gets revived with max health and armor. This allows him to tank again after going down. This is useful since I did not use a heavy frontline tank. The revive gives more time for my damage dealers. Abyssal Elemental becomes a unit that can tank twice while still dealing damage.
Torrent Sniper: Good health for a magic damage unit which helps survival. Has 2 magic damage, 2 armor, and 8 health which is solid. This makes him reliable as a tank in case the first unit dies. He also has Snipe which helps target weaker backline units. Removing support units early is very useful. Torrent Sniper adds steady damage while being my secondary tank if needed.
Conclave Tracker: Low magic damage but the armor and Repair is very useful. Repair helps restore armor to my frontline and backline tanks. This increases survivability against melee units that can use the Sneak from Super Sneak modifier. Even with low damage, it still benefits from Marlai Singariel's buff. Conclave Tracker helps keep the lineup alive by providing the extra armor removed from enemy attacks.
Mystic Scaleweaver: Has high magic damage since I have a max level Mystic Scaleweaver. The 3 magic damage goes to 4 with Marlai Singariel which is strong. This unit also has decent health for survivability. Slow ability helps reduce enemy speed and improve my attack order. This helps my team attack first more often. Mystic Scaleweaver is one of the main damage dealers.
Bellowmancer: Taunt unit with magic damage which is very useful here. Since I did not use a solid tank in the front, I wanted protection at the back. Taunt forces Sneak attacks to focus on this unit first saving some stats from my backline tank. This can also protect the weaker magic units behind if the enemy used other abilities like Opportunity and resign. With magic damage, it still contributes to offense. Bellowmancer works as an overall tank that can still dish a good amount of damage while alive.
Warborn Shaman: I normally put her in the front because of her defensive stats and Void Armor ability. Due to Super Sneak Modifier, I placed her in the back instead to tank the possible Sneaks. This way, she can act as an additional blocker for Sneak attacks. This helps protect my weaker units in the middle. Even without being frontline, she still deals magic damage.
Super Sneak modifier makes things very tricky since you need to protect more than just one side of your lineup. On the other hand, for magic damage build, this becomes a strength since enemies need to put bodies on the back as well for possible Sneak while you can just focus on dealing damage on the front instead.
