This is an Eggcelent Battle
Eggceleration modifier increases the unit's stats each round making magic units really strong. If you can keep your units alive for long, the low damage does not really matter in the beginning. It is a bad idea to drag the game though since your enemies also increase their stats and there are abilities in the game that can make a single unit unstoppable and very dangerous if left alone.

This is one of the battles I consider a lucky battle. If you look at my team, Zyrx the Emberglace is the only one that has melee damage. This means, usually, his 5 magic damage does not matter a lot since it will only hit enemy armor since other units bypass armor. However, after I break through the first two units, everyone else don't have armor so that huge 5 melee damage from Zyrx the Emberglace will be very strong and scary to unleash. With the balance I have on my team, I was able to win win 3 more units alive.

Modifier 1: Eggceleration: All units gain +1 to all stats at the end of each round.

Modifier 2: Fire & Regret: All units receive the Return Fire ability at the start of the battle. Enemy units that attack with ranged attacks receive damage back.
My Lineup:
This lineup was made to finish the battle early. I avoided using range units to not have any issues with Fire and Regret modifier. Then, I used high damage units to pressure the enemy from the start. Eggceleration Modifier can be played by delaying the fights but I did not want to risk it. I balanced damage and support to keep my units alive just enough. Blast from Nidhoggr helps spread damage across multiple units to finish the game faster. I think this type of lineup has potential to be played in these modifier.
Nidhoggr: Gives -1 armor and -1 health to all enemies. Also gives Blast and Deathblow to up to 3 units or +2 Speed and Execute to up to 3 units. I gave Blast and Deathbow to Zyrx the Emberglace, Warborn Shaman and Torrent Sniper, the three highest damage in my team for the blast damage.
Zyrx the Emberglace: Zyrx the Emberglace is my main damage dealer. He has 4 armor 10 health 5 melee damage and 2 magic damage which is very strong. Blast works well with him because of the high damage and double attack. He also has Flying which helps him survive longer. The Incendiary is both good and bad since it burns himself and nearby units. That is why I want to end the battle early.
Warborn Shaman: Warborn Shaman has strong 3 magic damage which is good early. He also has 4 armor and 6 health which helps him survive. Void Armor allows him to block magic damage using armor. This is very useful against magic teams. Impede reduces enemy speed which helps my team attack first. I gave him Blast and Deathblow because of the damage. Warborn Shaman acts as my backup tank but also a damage dealer at the same time.
Abyssal Elemental: Abyssal Elemental has 2 magic damage 2 armor and 5 health. He also has Resurgence which allows him to revive once. When he revives, he deals 1 damage to all units. This can help finish low health enemies. It also gives him a second chance to benefit from Eggceleration Modifier. The revive can be treated as another body to block or a unit to damage. He is not the strongest but very useful in a lot of ways.
Torrent Sniper: Torrent Sniper has 2 magic damage 2 armor and 8 health which is balanced. He also has Snipe which targets backline units. With Blast, this becomes very strong because it hits multiple units. Snipe allows him to hit key targets like those units sitting safely in the middle of the lineup. Combined with Blast he can damage three units at once. I gave him Blast and Deathblow to maximize this effect. He helps spread damage quickly.
Anasth Soothsayer: Anasth Soothsayer has 1 magic damage and 5 health. She has Tank Heal and Cleanse which are very useful. Tank Heal helps keep the frontline alive longer. With Eggceleration Modifier, the healing becomes stronger over time. Cleanse removes negative effects which can save units and delay the burning damage. She is not a damage dealer but very important support. Keeping units alive means more scaling.
Bellowmancer: Bellowmancer has 2 magic damage 8 health and 5 armor. He also has Taunt which protects other units. This forces enemies to target him first. With high health and armor, he can survive for a while. This gives time for other units to deal damage. Taunt is very useful in protecting key units. He works well with Tank Heal support. Bellowmancer acts as a secondary tank.
Fire & Regret modifier is easy to deal with if you just avoid using units with range attack. Eggceleration modifier can be played in two ways to be effective. You can either use units that can delay the battle like those with Heal or Camouflage or end the game as early as possible by using units with high damage so the enemy won't have time to scale. Whichever you plan to use, make sure that your units synergizes with your strategy and it'll be okay. Of course, a little bit of luck in the game always help.
