After a long time without playing Splinterlands, I'm back. The truth is, I had been thinking about returning for a few months. I even talked to my friend @shifrox for tips on choosing the best cards to rent at the bronze level. Still, it took almost three months until I had the time to dedicate myself and genuinely feel the desire to relearn how to play, well, that day was today.

Since I stopped playing regularly, which has been at least two years, the game has changed a lot. There are many new skills that I still need to familiarize myself with, and the truth, my friends, is that I got a real beating for not understanding how many cards work.

I know it will take some time to get the hang of it again; I'll need more than anything to practice and practice, but I can say that I'm up for it, and most importantly, I have the time, which was one of the main obstacles to me not playing.

When I started playing today, I knew I would have to rent many cards to perform well in some plays. However, even so, I decided to test my deck before anything else, and the results obviously weren't good. First, because my deck was never very good anyway, second because I am completely out of practice when it comes to thinking strategically in Splinterlands.

After a few lost matches, I decided it was time to look for some cards to strengthen my deck and reach Bronze II. In total, there were about 13 cards rented. And these were the chosen ones:

I must also thank my friend @lincemarrom who gave me a valuable tip that made me progress faster in my matches. What's the tip? Well, let's leave that mystery in the air at least until I can reach the Silver level, LOL.

The good part of renting cards is that I had a little over 400 DEC sitting around. This amount is proving very useful for me to continue renting. I know it will run out at some point, especially because I plan to rent stronger cards each time. But I hope that as I progress, I can earn more DEC and consequently continue investing.

One thing I find important to mention about this first day of my return to the game is that, for the first time in my life, I used up all the available energy to play! This had never happened before, and even I was surprised at how committed I am to making this new journey successful.

I know there is still a long way to go before reaching the Silver level, but that's my first goal! I count on you to follow me here; every tip will be very well received and tested by me, who is in this learning moment.

De volta para o jogo! Veja as cartas que aluguei para recomeçar.

Depois de muito tempo sem jogar Splinterlands, voltei. A verdade é que já faz alguns meses que eu estava pensando em voltar. Até conversei com meu amigo @shifrox sobre dicas de como escolher as melhores cartas para alugar no nível bronze. Mesmo assim, passaram quase três meses até eu ter tempo para me dedicar e sentir vontade genuína de reaprender como jogar, bem, esse dia foi hoje.

Desde que parei de jogar com constância, coisa que faz no mínimo dois anos, o jogo mudou muito. Existem muitas habilidades novas que eu ainda preciso me familiarizar, e a verdade meus amigos, é que tomei uma verdadeira surra por não entender o funcionamento de muitas cartas.

Eu sei que levará algum tempo para que eu pegue o jeito de novo, precisarei mais do que tudo praticar e praticar, mas posso dizer que estou com ânimo para isso e o mais importante de tudo, estou com tempo, coisa que era um dos principais empecilhos para que eu não jogasse.

Quando eu comecei a jogar hoje já sabia que teria que alugar muitas cartas para que eu conseguisse me sair bem em algumas jogadas. Porém, mesmo assim, decidi testar meu baralho antes de tudo, e os resultados obviamente não foram bons. Primeiro porque meu baralho nunca foi muito bom mesmo, segundo porque estou completamente destreinada em relação a pensar estrategicamente em Splinterlands.

Depois de algumas partidas perdidas, decidi que era hora de procurar algumas cartas para fortalecer meu baralho e chegar ao Bronze II. Ao todo foram cerca de 13 cartas alugadas. E essas foram as escolhidas:

Devo agradecer também ao meu amigo @lincemarrom que me deu uma dica preciosa que me fez avançar mais rápido em minhas partidas. Qual a dica? Bem, vamos deixar esse mistério no ar pelo menos até eu conseguir chegar no nível Prata, LOL.

A parte boa de ter alugado cartas, é que eu tinha um pouco mais de 400 DEC parados. Esse valor está sendo muito útil para que eu continue alugando. Sei que uma hora ele vai acabar, principalmente porque pretendo alugar cartas cada vez mais fortes. Mas, tenho esperanças que na medida que eu avance consiga ganhar mais DEC para consequentemente continuar investindo.

Uma das coisas que acho importante comentar sobre esse primeiro dia da minha volta ao jogo, é que pela primeira vez na vida eu gastei toda a energia disponível para jogar! Isso nunca tinha acontecido antes e até mesmo eu fiquei surpresa com o quanto eu tô empenhada pra fazer essa nova jornada dar certo.
