My schedule has been increasingly demanding lately, resulting in limited time for drawing. Nonetheless, after returning from a lengthy journey today, I successfully allocated time to produce this small painting of Archmage Arius, incorporating both traditional and digital techniques. While the original image portrays the character as an angry model, I decided to offer a distinct interpretation, presenting the character in a calm state, yet with eyes that exhibit magical ferocity.

Archmage Arius is the patriarch of the council, guardian of all living beings, and defender of the planet. I have immense admiration for the character as it evokes memories of my childhood fascination with ancient Chinese masters demonstrating martial arts and magic.
