Excited about the games played

Hi,

the game landscape has been evolving in the past years in crypto. In here, we got so many changes, so many projects have failed, but others are keeping strong. There are new projects, of which I'm excited of, like Holozing. It is still early stage, but we have a white-paper for it, with description of how the game is intended to be and, which works quite well since the announcement, the DeFi part.

For now, for the profit hunters, it gives the highest return, from delegations, with doubling the investment in one year, on the liquidity pool. This is the most risky one, and I usually add to liquidity pools, after taking profit. This is my strategy and some run very good investing in pools from the start.

There are three other options, ZING Staking, HP Delegation and POSH Balance. On all, I'm growing slowly, as they go hand in hand, with my activity on chain. The more I post, the more is delegated, and the more is shared on different social media platforms.

Here I'm excited, as the game might go into the footsteps of Pokémon strategy, with catching different monsters, upgrading them and use these in play. I wonder what the entry cost would be on it, as I try to look more and more on the financial side of games. Yes, they have to be fun, but on a certain point in time, I shall say, I want something else, sell the stash with a decent profit and move on to other ventures.

Not that I want to do an exit now, but in a couple of years, in mid of my 40's I want to do something else with my life, than hanging on in discord and play games. That is what is called the Peter Pan syndrome, and I want to convince myself, that I'm a grown up.

Multiple accounts are allowed, but it is encouraged to play only one.

Another interesting game, is Golem Overlord. It started as a holiday project, and it turned into a nice game, which managed to survive for almost one year now.

It evolves on a constant basis, and brings new elements regularly, and it develops into a full NFT game, with different potions, attributes, and tactics. I play twice a day, as it is sitting mostly idle, but on the action time, it goes very fast and exciting.

Multiple accounts are allowed, but it is easier with only one.

Before Golem Overlord, there was TerraCore, the game that inspired the one above. This one is a space adventure, that evolved also nicely. The founders even adopted a 3rd party tool, to make it easier for the players.

Here I see that the community actively shaping the game. It goes well, some features against token devaluation have been implemented. Well, I only build up the account. Had my investment recovered at the start, and now it is a free game, that builds up and can become something great in the future.

Multiple accounts are allowed, but it is easier with only one.

The game that I play the most is Splinterlands. Here is my biggest investment, and somehow, I kept investing in it. Last year again a 5 digit sum. Need to see how it is evolving, as it is time to take some profits and let it survive by itself.

Multiple accounts are allowed, but it gets expensive very fast.

Rising Star is a game that I enjoy, as this one is slow, doesn't need maintained, does not cost anything, and I'm happy to click a couple of times in it during the day. Real cool game, as the cards are inspired by people that also play the game.

No multiple accounts are allowed.

One idle clicker is DCity. It is a game where I invested a lot, and lost most of the value, as the cards and tokens went downhill very fast, due to high selling pressure. I play it, continue to build up, and take some small profit now and then. It gives daily dividends to token holders. From a strategy point of view, it requires a lot of anticipation. When I think that a city is running well, some disaster happens, or a person dies and the economy changes. I love this.

Multiple accounts are allowed, but it is easier with only one.

How about you? Which game would you recommend? Do you play the ones above?

You've checked all the boxes that I am currently involved on the Hive blockchain. Let's see if new ones will shine.
