Passive income - Splex

Hi,

you might have noticed, that I like to talk a lot about passive income and that I like automatization of tasks.

For example, I use Splex for most of the Splinterlands activities. I say most, because I play for now only the tournaments and the Brawls, everything else, I leave to Splex.

One of the features, that I find essential, is the renting. I've set up a Splinterlands account, where I moved all the cards that I want to rent, activated the Splex renting system, set it up and let the DEC come in.

As of today, I'm earning less than 50k DEC/day with renting, I have to pay a 10% fee from the winning, with an invoice that it is issued daily. After 50k DEC/day via Splex, it will reduce to 9% and so on, as it has tier system. So the more you earn, the better. @belemo, you might try Splex and the aggressive rental approach listed below.

This is a big time saver, as I don't have to change prices manually, and I am willing to pay the management fee for it. Like said, it is much more efficient and time saving.



The other feature that I use, with multiple accounts, is the automated play. I'm not against bots, I use them, as they are here to take the work from us. The etymology of robot, comes from the Slavic rabota, which means work. So, a robot or a bot is here to do the work of humans.

To be able to automate play on Splex, an Archmage token is needed. This costs around 55 Hive at the time of writing, and I think it is a good investment, as it frees time. I still play the tournaments and the Brawls, as it takes different strategies. Splinterlands is a big part of my investment strategy, so why not put it on turbo with Splex?

Thanks to.your advice im hooked here as well. Gotta finetune a bit on what and where but in general very happy with it

will have to check this out, especially now that for some weird reason Splinterlands decided to block my country from opening and using the site.

The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country.

as i now have to use VPN and will play a lot less, maybe just using Robots to do robotu is the way.

this is what i get when i try to open Splinterlands. Send a complaint and got a response that

US-based entity, Splinterlands is legally obligated to restrict access originating in US-sanctioned countries to its site and services. The configuration change to implement it affected a broader audience which was not intended. We have reverted back the changes to fix the issue. Everyone except sanctioned regions should be able to log in successfully. We will be closely monitoring for any further issues happening.

i am kinda sure that Serbia is not sanctioned by US and that it is some kind of a mistake but still didn't managed to find the answer.

Installed some VPN (best recommended server is in Amsterdam :D) and it works but i have a limit of 10GB so i need to turn it on and off. So that will for sure result with me not playing that much.

so maybe i will pay a bot to play for me and not pay for VPN :D

i need to do some rearranging of cards and stuff. so i will most probably procrastinate :)

problem when you don't take it seriously from the start and the chaos is hard to fix :)

Just read karin's post about splex and checked it out. I was always a peakmonsters guy but splex is looking real good right now. Will give it a go and see which works better for me. I always mass rented my cards on peakmonsters but now with the new system I will have to put in more time which i dont have. Splex might be the best option for me, but time will tell.
