In the event that the opponent uses mostly melee or ranged attack monsters, there are 2 abilities that increase the percentage of the chance to dodge these types of attacks and they are very similar and can be confused.
DODGE

Has an increased chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks.
+25% Dodge vs melee/ranged
This only increases the evasion percentage of only one of your monsters if your card is not a summoner.
BLIND

All enemy Melee & Ranged attacks have an increased chance of missing their target.
+15% chance of evading
Cumulative with Flying and Dodge, to get up to + 65% chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks.
This ability affects all enemy monsters regardless of whether the card with the ability is a monster or a summoner.
One of the cards that has this ability is one of the new ones that can be won in reward chests.
SORRIEL THE BALE

This card is very powerful in addition to the BLIND ability that activates at level two, this card has a magical attack and attacks 2 times so cards with a shield will not affect it and it attacks life directly, it also has a speed of 2 and a half life of 5.

BATTLE CONDITIONS

The battle conditions we have are +2 shield which will protect us even more if the opponent put melee attack cards and ranged attack cards.
Available colors are all but blue and green. DEVELOPMENT OF THE BATTLE
RONDA 1
CURSED WINDEKU, LIFE SAPPER, and SOUL STRANGLER attack ANTOID PLATOON and hit all their attacks leaving it at 3 life, this in normal conditions would leave it almost dead in the next one but as we will see it will not be like that, also
ANTOID PLATOON attacks CURSED WINDEKU, taking his shield but due to his thorn ability, it does 2 damage and leaves my monster at 2 life.
VENARI MARKSRAT and SORRIEL THE BALE attack CURSED WINDEKU leaving it at 7 health.
DEATH ELEMENTAL attacks my VENARI MARKSRAT and drops it to 1 health.
Here we see that we are apparently at a disadvantage since my opponent has a lot of life left and I have little life left, let's see the next round.
RONDA 2
SORRIEL THE BALE attacks CURSED WINDEKU and drops him to 5 health
LIFE SAPPER attacks ANTOID PLATOON and drops it to 1 life then DEATH ELEMENTAL attacks my VENARI MARKSRAT and removes it but it causes ANTOID PLATOON and SORRIEL THE BALE gains +1 in all stats.
ANTOID PLATOON when raising +1 in attack, it remains at 3 attack in addition to raising +1 in shield, and increases speed to 4 which allows it to attack CURSED WINDEKU first and leaves it at 2 life .
SOUL STRANGLER and CURSED WINDEKU attack ANTOID PLATOON here it already begins to have more effect the greater speed added to the ability of BLIND which allows it to dodge the attack of the first and the second due to SHIELD's ability only does 1 damage to him, this allows him to survive one more turn.
RONDA 3
SORRIEL THE BALE attacks and eliminates CURSED WINDEKU and CARRION SHADE.
ANTOID PLATOON attacks LIFE SAPPER but since it had a shield it didn't do any damage to it, but it attacks and eliminates my ANTOID PLATOON.
SOUL STRANGLER and DEATH ELEMENTAL attack SORRIEL THE BALE, knocking him down to 1 shield and 5 health.
In this round everyone hit their attacks but since VENARI MARKSRAT's MARTYR ability raised all the stats by one, this allowed me to survive ANTOID PLATOON for one more turn and he received damage from SOUL STRANGLER, this It is what will allow me to get the fight on my way to my victory.
RONDA 4 al 6
SORRIEL THE BALE attacks LIFE SAPPER and drops it to 1 health.
Then LIFE SAPPER, DEATH ELEMENTAL and SOUL STRANGLER attack SORRIEL THE BALE but the last one misses the attack and leaves him at 2 life.
As we can see, my opponent is already lost here since my SORRIEL THE BALE attacks first in round 5 and eliminates LIFE SAPPER and DEATH ELEMENTAL so there is only SOUL STRANGLER left that will not be able to attack so in in round 6 I eliminated him along with CORPSE FIEND so I managed to win


FINAL ANALYSIS
Here BLIND's ability was essential for victory since there were moments where my opponent couldn't hit the attacks and that's why we achieved more survival from my monster and as we saw that allowed my SORRIEL THE BALE to survive until the end and his double attack managed to eliminate all my opponent's monsters at the end.
Here we saw how this ability and a legendary monster can increase our chances of victory with their abilities.
