Sorrow Harvester Shined in This 31 Mana Ruleset Battle — The Winning Magic Strategy for Eggceleration and Wands Out

Very importantly, every wise player should have a combination of cards in their deck that can survive under every ruleset. If some rulesets only allow you to select melee attackers then you should have enough melee cards to meet your expectations.

In the same way if another ruleset gives you the chance to select only specific types of cards, then you must already have those cards in your deck. That is why you should always try to add cards from every element and with different powers to your deck whether you rent them or buy them yourself.

Today I got the chance to play an exciting 31 mana battle and it turned out to be a very interesting match. The most exciting part was that it had two amazing rulesets. They were very interesting but also a little confusing.

First let us understand these two rulesets and then I will share the strategy I used for my monster selection and what I observed during the battle.

EGGCELERATION

The first ruleset was Eggceleration. It is a special ruleset where all units gain +1 to all of their stats at the end of every round. This means that every surviving monster becomes stronger and more dangerous as the battle continues because all of their stats keep increasing.

Because of this you should try to summon monsters that are already strong from the beginning. You should also choose a tank monster with high health so it can absorb as much damage as possible and protect your backline monsters.

The longer your monsters survive the more this ruleset continues to give your team an advantage.

WANDS OUT

The second special ruleset was Wands Out. This means you can only summon magic attackers. As I mentioned earlier it is very important to have a collection of different monster cards in your deck so you can build a team under any ruleset or restriction.

If I did not have magic attackers in my deck I would have definitely lost this battle. But because I had the right combination I selected an all magic team and entered the battle with a solid strategy.

Since magic attackers were the key in this battle, I chose an Archon that reduces the enemy team's health. My Archon gave all enemy units -1 health before the battle even started.

After that I selected a double strike tank monster that has both magic and melee attacks. However because only magic attackers could be used in this battle, its melee attack was not useful.

In the second position I selected another secondary tank that was also a magic attacker. In the backline I placed a heavy striker with +2 magic attack so it could continue dealing heavy damage throughout the battle.

My opponent selected only two monsters. As soon as I looked at their team I immediately felt that I would win this battle quite easily because my monsters had more health and stronger magic attacks.

That is exactly what happened. I won the battle comfortably. The strategy I used along with the monster combination I selected for these rulesets, proved to be successful and earned me a great victory.

Once again my favorite monster in this battle was Sorrow Harvester. It is a heavy striker and I deliberately placed it in the backline so it could safely deal massive damage from behind.

That strategy worked perfectly. Within just two rounds all the enemy units were eliminated and I won the battle.
