Winning Streak Continues with Barthalamas Power - Magic Shield Was The Best Ability

These days my gameplay is going very smooth and honestly I am on a strong winning streak. Because of continuous wins my win rate is also steadily increasing which is a very positive sign for me.

When you keep winning your confidence also naturally increases and this confidence helps a lot in better monster selection and strategy making.

In this battle my most outstanding monster was Barthalamas. He is really a very strong and powerful monster which I have been using for a long time. I like his abilities a lot especially his defensive and control play style.

He can handle magic attacks and also indirectly affects the enemy teams health. If the fight becomes long he becomes even stronger which is very useful in high mana battles.

But like every monster he also has some weaknesses. Barthalamas is a bit slow so sometimes there can be problems against fast teams. Also if it is a low mana battle he is not that effective because his mana cost is high. So he should always be used in the right situation.

Todays battle was 48 mana which is a high mana battle and such battles have always been strong for me. One more interesting thing was that in this battle monster selection was restricted to only 5.

Meaning no matter how much mana you have you could select only 5 monsters. I selected five monsters and my opponent also selected five.

As soon as the battle started I understood that my selection was strong. I had also done my positioning very carefully. I applied my old and tested strategy which I have been using in high mana battles.

In this strategy I place at least two tank type monsters in the front line so that they keep absorbing maximum damage. Because of this my backline monsters stay safe and keep doing their job easily. In the mid and back line I keep attackers and support monsters that slowly keep weakening the enemy.

Barthalamas played his role perfectly in this battle. He sustained damage and also kept weakening the enemy team. As the rounds kept going forward my teams control became stronger and the opponents team slowly started collapsing.

Because of this solid strategy and balanced team I got another great victory. This win was not just another win but also another strong proof of my winning streak.
