150k SPS Milestone Achieved | Next is What..

Token accumulation is the right strategy when the prices are down; this is a good time for more token accumulation. I am talking about the sps token, the governance coin for the splinterlands game. This token has fantastic utility in the gaming project but its price is highly undervalued considering its use case. We can use SPS for multiple things in the game and we are also able to buy multiple assets including rental in this game. I believe that any token value is dependent upon its utility but with SPS things are slightly different. This is because even after having a good token utility the price is low and I think it is because of the one-year-long airdrop. This was the first airdrop I have ever seen which is for one year and because of that a lot of people got more tokens in their wallets.

I have been accumulating these tokens since the beginning and now today marks my 150K milestone. This is a big amount for me and it took me almost 2 1/2 years to reach this milestone and I'm very happy to have it. As I said it has taken a long time and I'm happy to have it but it does not mean that I am going to stop here since I am going to continue the same strategy so that I can have even more sps in my game account.

150k SPS Stake

I did power up some tokens today and after this power up I have got this 150K balance as staked in my account. There is no point in keeping these tokens idle in liquid form because it will not earn anything however once you take the token then you can put your token at work which will generate some APR and its pretty good. I was trying to make it 160K last year but it could not happen because of the price spike in November and now it is down hence I am trying to grab this opportunity and bag as much as I can.

Staking APR

The current APR is more than 13% and this is paid out in two tokens including sps and vouchers. Sps is something that everyone wants to have more and now vouchers are so getting some good value. I think even 13% is not bad because I can use this token holding for my game and this helps me to get better gaming rewards. Apart from this, I'm also able to earn 13% of APR which is growing my holding overall. Earlier I converted voucher tokens to SPS but now because the price is low hence I'm accumulating all and we'll wait for the right opportunity when I can convert these vouchers to SPS again.

I see that this app is quite stable at this range and even if it drops a little bit then also it's fine because earning between 12 to 13% on the token holding is very good. I hope that by the end of this year, I should be able to make it 200K. Although I'm not sure how the market will do this year the current price is good for me to buy and I have been buying for the last couple of weeks. I prefer buying in parts because this way I can keep the average price low and if a price drops further then probably I'll be able to buy even more which will help my holding to grow faster.

Those who are players in the game know how much important this coin is in the game because without SPS you cannot expect a higher reward multiplier. This is the mandatory requirement for any player to have a higher reward multiplier and a bigger multiplier means better rewards in the game. 12X is the higher multiplier that can be achieved according to sps holding and I aim to get a twelve X reward multiplier with Diamond League that will require at least one sixty K sps balance. I am on it and will try to reach that milestone in the next few months if the market moves the same way it is now but I am not predicting anything since I do not know how things will be in the next couple of months.
