50k SPS Milestone Achieved! Next is What?

I have been waiting for this day for a long and its about achieving the 50k SPS stake in my account and I did it finally today. I am very happy to share this and this makes me feel good after making it possible. I have been focused on the goal and did not stop unless I achieved this milestone. I am not going to stop here with just 50k instead I will continue to add more tokens as usual but have not yet decided on my next SPS milestone.

It took more than 11 months for me to achieve and surely it was not easy because there were some moments price was good and selling was a good idea but I did not change my mind because if I start once then probably it will not be easy to stay focused.

Why I am bullish about SPS ?

• SPS is a governance token of the splinterlands game and if we look at the roadmap then we see that there are long-term plans. As of now we can use SPS to buy packs and it also has provided us the earning opportunity that makes us earn 36% APR and this is very good. This is a very good option from the investment point of view because we can earn a very good amount of tokens through the awesome APR offered by the game itself. We even have the option to join the pool in polycub but that requires polycub tokens and since I don't have that with me so I have staked in the account only.
• SPS will play an important role in the next set of packs that will be launched in the 3rd quarter of this year. These packs will be called rift watchers and as per the update shared so far, these packs will be purchased by only SPS which I think will contribute to a price and utility increase for the tokens.
• SPS is one of the tokens that is going to be a key in the game and there will be many more benefits as shared by the team so its a good time to accumulate more and be ready for that opportunity.
• SPS will also be part of the reward system however the exact time has not been announced yet but this is planned as per the roadmap. There is a difference between DEC and SPS tokens and there will be many burn events with SPS which will reduce supply and less supply means more value to the tokens economy.
• SPS is a good token for passive income for the long term even if you are not playing the game and I expect that this will offer great returns in coming years.
• Splinterlands game has been growing and when the project grows then the token also gets the value in terms of price increase so this is also one of the reasons I am trying to have more SPS tokens in my bag.

My next SPS Goal
I have decided that I will not move to 75k SPS tokens for now and I hope that this bearish market will help me achieve this sooner than I think. I will continue to visit my goal and keep track of this to make it happen soon.

While I continue to stake, I will also continue to buy and re-invest in the game so that I don't just grow my SPS stake but also grow my account value which included cards, packs, and other tokens as well. Play to earn is a growing segment of blockchain gaming and splinterlands is a leader. Its the right time to build and reap the benefits once it grows up and got more adoption by the players as well as investors in the project and gaming ecosystem.
