Gaming combined with Investing on Splinterlands

Gaming is something that most of us love doing because it is a fun activity but with blockchain gaming, this has been combined with another component known as investing. This combination is great because with this we get the opportunity to invest in certain digital assets. Investing has also gone to the next level now with blockchain because we can invest in the technology. There are various digital assets available in the game that we can own and the good part is that while we have the ownership of such assets and we can also use the same in the battles. Splinterlands provide a variety of options to choose from for the investment which is not possible in traditional gaming and that is something that makes this project way better than other gaming platforms.

Gaming has gone to the next level with blockchain and it is not just limited to the people who are gamers instead now people can be part of the project even if they are not good in the gameplay. I was not a gamer in the beginning and it seems that playing battle was a very difficult task however over time I learned a lot but my investing journey started before gaming. I still see a lot of people who have invested in the game and they are not playing, however, they continue to invest in the assets and even opt for the rental or give their account to someone else for gameplay. Rental can be a good option to consider for passive income in gaming and I have tried it too. When my schedule was busy then I rented out my account but since I used to play a lot in the beginning so I started playing again when I thought that I have enough time to give it for the battle.

Investing is a journey

Investing is like a journey I believe and this is why I continue to do it whenever I have some funds along with that reinvesting is also important to grow the portfolio faster. I have been following this strategy in this game and trust me this worked in my favour that helped me to grow my account more in less time. Now since we are expecting that the next bull cycle will take about one to 2 years that means this is the time when we can build on blockchain gaming through splinterlands. This is important to keep on investing in different assets in the game because this way we can grow the overall gaming portfolio whereas making the gameplay even better since the rewards are better on the higher levels. With higher-level cards, we can play in a higher league and even the battle experience is better in this scenario needless to say that we get better rewards. I have been increasing my card collection powers gradually and this week I have made it over 400K which makes me eligible to play in the diamond one league. This is good for me and now I can play in the almost higher league except the champion.

Growing SPS Stake

This has already been announced that the SPS stake is going to replace the collection power so it is obvious that the more people hold sps and based on the holding it will be determined what leagues we can play in the game. I have already started my accumulation even after achieving my goal of 100K so that I can be in the same league which is the diamond one. I want to play in Diamond League and for the same reason, I have grown my collection power but with the new change the collection power will not be part of the game and to accommodate this change I have been growing my sps local holding. I power up sps every day and buy from the market as well whenever I get some funds or the price is low this way I am trying to grow and I expect that in the next few months, I should be able to make it 150K SPS in total.

I have powered up 1410 sps today as well as I bought over 1k SPS this weekend. The current market, price for the SPS token is low and I believe this is a good opportunity for us to grab a bunch of tokens from the market at this price. I have powered up all my liquid tokens and now I'm almost there to make it 110K Sps in total. Since I am following the immediate goal of 150K so I am left with 40k sps that I need to achieve in the next few months or probably by the end of this year.

My strategy is to grow the account by following the diversification and for this reason, I keep on investing in different assets including the sps. I will continue to follow the same unless my goal for the SPS holding is not achieved and once that is done then I will think about focusing on different assets which are going to be the cards probably. These days the prices for cars are also low which I think can be called at sale time for buying the cars at a discounted price and hopefully, I should be able to do it in the next few months.
