Rebellion Pre-sale: DEC Discounts, Bonus Packs, and Promotional Cards

It's been more than two days since the launch of the Presale for the rebellion packs in splinterlands. The community response has been amazing because 50% of the packs were sold out in a couple of hours which clearly shows that the community is excited about the new pack edition. We have seen in the past how the community participate in the events organised by the game and once again it is proven that splinterlands is doing great because they have community support. Undoubtedly the game is amazing but on top of that community support is something that makes a bigger impact.

The pre-sale is started with 500K packs in total and it is going to be live for 30 days out of which two days are already gone. The good thing about resale is that we get some additional benefits including the promotional cards and this time the game has made it even more interesting because they introduced two promotional cards in this presale. This is the first time I have seen this kind of experiment but I believe it is good because they try to reward more people participating in pre-sale events. There will be a general sale starting from 5th December onwards but through pre-sale, they are giving the opportunity to the community to reap some benefits that will not be available later during the general sale.

Pre-sale is the best time to Buy and the countdown is on

Once the general sale is live anyone can buy any number of booster packs but it will not bring any additional benefits while buying during the pre-sale can be better because we will be getting some additional rewards. If you buy more packs and meet the criteria then you are going to get the promotional card as well as you will be able to get the airdrop from the beginning which is another plus point that we should not ignore. The requirement for the future airdrop will continue to increase depending upon the number of packs purchased but if we buy during the pre-sale then it can be great because we will be able to manage to meet the requirement. I was able to get almost every airdrop in Chaos Legion because I started buying from pre-sale.

DEC Impact as additional Discount

If you are buying the pack now then I would recommend you to go with DEC because This can help you get some additional discount because the token price is not back to its peg range. Below is the chart or token in the last seven days and you can see that the price has gone up significantly and all this has happened because of the rebellion pre-sale announcement.

I also share this calculation where you can see that the price for 1000 DEC will be $0.94 as of now which simply means that you are going to get 6% flat discount on the price of a pack. The cost of each rebellion pack is $5 and if you choose to pay with DEC then you'll be getting six percent less anyway. Obviously, you will be able to use the voucher pack to get an additional discount and on top of that if you are buying 100 or more packs then you will be getting some extra packs as a benefit which is going to be 50% or more. This bonus is applicable with a minimum of 100 packs and the more you buy we'll get you more bonus packs.

Some benefits available for us in Rebellion Pre-sale

• Buying packs through DEC will get you a 6% discount as per the current market price but it can vary depending upon the DEC price in the market. If the price for DEC goes down then you'll be able to get even more discount but if it goes then there will be a reduction on the same.
• Vouchers can be used to get additional discount on purchases because the voucher is a kind of token that can be used on all types of purchases within the game ecosystem and offers some additional discounts. Max 5 voucher tokens can be used with each pack. One pack price is 5000 DEC but with 5 vouchers you can get a 20% discount and the same pack can be purchased for 4000 DEC.
• Bonus Pack option is available if you buy 100 or more packs. You can get 5% extra packs if you buy 100-499 packs and it increases to 10% with a minimum of 500 packs. It can be available as 15% of the minimum 2000 packs are purchased.
• Undoubtedly we cannot ignore the promotional cards that we are going to get with the packs we buy and since we have two cards and depending upon the number of packs we purchase can get more promotional cards.

The pre-sale will be on for another 28 days approximately or if the total packs sold out whichever is earlier.
