Splinterlands Battle Share with Ruler of the Seas

Hello Game Players,

This is Monday and I am here to share my battle share. I know that I am late this time because I share battle share mostly in the weekend but this time, I was busy so could not share the post. The current season has started a few days back and there is enough time to play more and take the league to a higher level to earn better quest rewards as well as season rewards. I have a long way to go in this season as I have just entered in gold league and I need to be in the diamond 3 league so I am trying my best to be there as soon as possible. I hope that by the Friday or max by the weekend I should be able to unlock diamond league but again cannot say exactly how much time it will take.

I was able to unlock the diamond league which is my highest leave as per my collection power bit early I was done and, in the diamond when the season was passed by only 10 days approx. Playing battle is so much fun and with each battle, the aim is to win and increase the ranking which is something that every player wants in the game.

Earlier I was not playing more battles in the beginning because everyone wants to play more in the initial days of the season but now, I have changed my strategy over the last few seasons. There is a reason behind it if I play more in the beginning then I can play more with a higher league and I would not have to deal with last-minute competition which is common these days in the game. I have been observing that the competition is mostly high when the game season moves towards the end because everyone wants to reach higher leagues and grab better rewards. The game reward is also reduced when more players are playing the battles and this is why it's a good idea to play more in the mid of the season and even in the beginning because that more competition is not so high.

This week the card name is Ruler of the Seas and it's a legendary card in the water monster. It's a magic attack card that comes with a 6-mana cost having 5 health and 3 speed. I have got this card in level 1 with 1 ability called 'Blast'. This is a nice ability that does dual damage with one attack.

So now before we go through more about the battle, let's try to understand more about this card called Ruler of the Seas and its nice abilities. I think that it's such an important part to know more about any card we play so that we can plan the battles accordingly in a nice way. I always try to get the stats of the card and make myself familiar with so that next time I can choose the cards during the battle just by their graphic which helps to select the cards faster.

I have this Ruler of the Seas in level 1 in the standard foil version and it's a good one I can say based on my game play experience. It's obvious that gold foil is better and brings more rewards in form of DEC but the Gold Foil version is so expensive and this is why I purchased this one a long back. I like this card very much because of its awesome ability at average mana which is not so high. This is not a high or low mana card but it's good to have for any type of battles with water monster.

My Battle Strategy and Cards Placement

I got 17 mana for the battle and its low mana for battles however with this I managed to pick cards including the furious chicken. I have nice cards in my water team so for any type of mana battles I can play well. I have many powerful cards in water monster but because of mana limitation I could only pick a few cards so I tried to pick he max cards that are good for the battle.

This battle post is for the card Ruler of the Seas and I have this card on level 1 only however its good one for any type of battles and even for low mana battles. This card has got 3 abilities and is certainly a great option and choice to have in the account but mine have only 1 ability as it's a level 1 card. I placed the Ruler of the Seas card in the middle of the team and it worked well to make me win the battle. This card is 6 mana cards so better to place in middle of the battle.

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

It's very important to plan strategy for the battle and selection of right cards to win the game. In this battle, whatever strategy I planned in placing and choosing the cards for the battle went well and I won the battle.

Do you like the Ruler of the Seas? Why or why not?

Definitely yes, I like to use this card as it comes with nice ability at 6 mana cost. I like this card because this card has awesome blast ability. It's a good one that I like to use with low mana and average mana battles with water monster and it does great almost every time.
