Splinterlands Season is Ending in One Day

The current season of the splinterlands game is ending in a day and I have already unlocked the Diamond League. I end up every season in Diamond League but the count varies sometimes which can be diamond two or sometimes it can also be diamond one. It's been a long time since I have been playing in Diamond and sometimes the rewards are pretty good in this league however the count of seasons chest varies because it depends on how many battles I have played and more importantly how many battles I have won. I usually score about 50 season chests in a season, but this also varies sometimes when I play less battles. My count remains below 50 from the last two seasons however before that I was able to make more than 55 which I think is very good, but I don't think even in the current season I am going to make it.

As you can see the current season will be ending in one day and 8 hours from now and my season chest count is 42 so far. I hope that by the time this season ends, I should be able to make it 45 or more. Currently, I am in diamond 3 and I hope that diamond 2 should be unlocked by today because the gap is not much and it is doable but after that, the boost percentage will go down however as of now it is 11.7% which I think is pretty good and close to the highest multiplier. The game is fun and rewarding and every season I play and ensure that no energy is wasted hence I prefer to keep my energy count around 20 which helps me to keep a balance. We know that one hour generates one energy which means in a day we will get 24 energies and each battle cost is 1 energy.

After this season things are going to be changed. The team has already announced that they are going to overhaul the ranked battles mechanism in the game and although these changes might be a little complicated in the beginning, but I hope that with such changes, things are going to be easy for new players. Change is inevitable and in any gaming project, it is highly important to keep something innovative so that the community stays engaged and sometimes bringing such changes is a need. There have been multiple changes in the past and I'm sure that the team will try to pay close attention to see how things are moving and they have also mentioned that they will be keeping an an eye to see wherever attention is required.

We need more people in the game hence we need to build the game mechanism in such a way that even new people can enjoy the gaming and they can also build their portfolios. Even after the change in the game the requirement for high-level cards will be there and hopefully, it will create more demand for the cards which is the need of time.

My strategy for this season is going to be the same which I already decided however now after the change we'll have to look again at how I will continue to play in the next season. I am looking forward to the update that the team is going to push in a day once this season gets over. I have not decided what ranking I will be trying since the league system will not be there, but it will be only for champions. I don't think my cards are good enough to play in the Champion League and even if I do there following the ranking bracket then also my SPS holding is not going to help me. I do not want to be in a place where I play in the higher league but I'm not able to avail the 12X reward multiplier. A little reduction on the reward multiplier is fine but I don't want to take it so down S that I lose on the reward just because of the sps shortage.

It is just a matter of slightly more than one day and then we will be in the new mechanism which I think is going to be fun with some challenges in the beginning. Let's hope things are going to be great and more fun with this change and anybody will be able to play in any ranking and also the change is good provided we adopt and understand how things will be working from now on.
