SPS Staking APR 35.80% & License Price Increased

I have been bullish on the splintershards (SPS) token since the beginning and this is why I have been accumulating as much as possible. When the SPS staking was started in August month last year that time the APR started at Rs 500% and it kept on dropping as more people started to lock their airdrop tokens. It was bound to happen because the reward pool is fixed and when more people stake then the APR will go down. SPS is the governance token of splinterlands and this will always bring many benefits to the holders. Its a token that we need to keep in holding for the long term and its expected that this will not just grow in the next few years but also provide various earning opportunities to the holders.

Reached 60k SPS Stake

As I already mentioned that I have been accumulating the tokens since the beginning and my goal is to have 100K tokens deposited in my account. I am on it and trying my best to make it happen but because of the riftwatchers pack sale there is a drop in the ball for some time. It's not that I will not accumulate but because of this presale I stopped depositing the tokens because I wanted to have liquid first for the sale. I did not want to use any token which is already locked and because of this ,reason I did buy from the market. Whatever is logged will remain the same I am for further investment I will buy the tokens from the market as I do not want to lose the focus on my sps goal.

I'm still considering buying the license and for that also I need to have almost 30,000 sps tokens along with 500 vouchers. If I do not buy the like since then I can easily complete my goal in the next few weeks but because I'm planning something else in the game so there will be a pause in my sps progress here. I missed the opportunity to buy the license in an earlier tranche and now the price has increased and I need to pay almost 10 thousand more sps tokens which are like $1000 extra. It happens sometimes with us when we plan for something good and that plan does not work out then we have to deal with another part which may be challenging and that is what happened here.

License

The riftwatchers pre-sale day was historic and all the licenses were sold out along with RW packs. Now I need to invest more so I am planning to arrange some funds so that I can buy the license in the coming weeks. It's OK because sometimes in our life we have to pay more for something that can bring great value and with the investment I had the same thought. I expect that license is one of the instruments which will bring a lot of value in the coming years so now is the time to own it. It's OK if I miss the earlier opportunity but I do not want to miss it further and this is the reason why I am now planning to buy the license.

I believe in the game and ecosystem and keep on investing in various assets in the game. Maybe I'm late to decide but it's okay because I believe that it's better to buy late than never and we know that the total supply is 60,000 licenses. I still remember the time when the sale for the land was launched and once it is over there after we have not got any opportunity to buy it. Even now the only option we have to buy is from the hive-engine market but that is very expensive. I have limited funds with me and This is why it is taking time for me to arrange the money and I'm trying to get some liquid hive tokens so that I can buy the license. Because I already have some sps tokens with me so approx 1500 high will work for me to have at least one license. It is available in the market and costs more than 4000 high win total so I will see what is the best option for me to buy out of the shop on the market.

I will still keep the SPS goal on hold for something however I will not unlock any that I have deposited and with a license, I will be able to earn some more SPS so this way I can contribute well to my SPS stake. I have done my calculation and I still the investment in node license as a worthy option and this is why I will do it in the next few weeks. I expect that within this month I will be able to own one license in splinterlands.
