Good day wonderful people of splinterlands and BD community, it's been a while here, i was appealing hivewatch for a month as i was on the blacklist for an offence in 2019.

I really missed playing splinterlands and I must confess that I am happy to be back, whilst away, i played some games opened a pack that I won in the Splinterlands X Contest

The game is an amazing one and has proved the rest of time to be really worth every penny and time invested in it and I can't stop thanking God for making me come across it.

Today i would be talking about one of the battles I played last month and I really enjoyed the ruleset and the commoners and monster I used in the match.

Like we all know, we have variety of ruleset and they require different skills and most of the time different tactics to be able to play the game and end up victorious, you also need to check past matches of your opponent so that you will know what to expect in the battle as his pattern will likely suggest what he will be using against you.

WONDERFUL BATTLE WITH STANDARD RULESET

This match lasted just 3 rounds, the mana was not much so we couldn't use as much card as desired or rather possible, we used 2 cards each in the battle. I used the Obsidian Summoner because it will aid me in the use of magic cards as that would give me an edge in the game since the mana was small, I won the game on the 3rd round with none of my monster dying at all.

Summoner: OBSIDIAN

Monsters : MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN and UJURAK MYSTIC

The above are the monsters I used and the obsidian summoner, I placed the monster with 10 health on the front line because of its big health capacity and also it's inbuilt ability there by securing the win.

Mycelic Slipspawn: This is a monster with 10 Health like I earlier said, it further posses the taunt ability and as such, all the monsters on the opposing team gets to attack this monster first, I used this monster in the frontline so that the second monster will last more rounds and thereby get to exhibit its ability well enough. This monster also has 2 Magical attacking skill so if it attacks, it does 2 attacks to the opponent.

Ujurak Mystic: Monster with 3 Health and 2 Shield and further boast of the lookout ability which in turn reduces the attacks from the opponent when they use the snipe and other abilities. This monster also has 1 Magical attacking ability and can attack at each round because of the monster on Frontline.

The picture above shows after I won the match and trust me, the feeling that comes with a win in splinterlands is indeed really sweet.

I look forward to more wins as I explore the gaming modes and techniques, I am happy to learn even as i continue to play.
