Hello guys!

Yeeeeey I'm back again with my Splinterlands post. I'm writing this post to follow Splinterlands Mage Secrets Battle Challenge AIMLESS. This week's theme is the opposite of last week's theme, Aim True.

ell, I'm not a professional player or a tournament hero. I merely like to discuss battles and strategies that in my opinion are worthwhile. I participated in this combat using my Scholarship account with IGN BLTZR-WIZARD-700. I played in the Diamond league at modern rank while using a Full main Chaos Legion edition card and several Reward cards. The battle strategy that I shared may not be effective in other leagues because of the different levels of each league.

Ok guys, without further ado, let's get straight to the main point of this post!

Line Up and Strategy

In Aimless rulesets, because all monsters have Scattershot abilities, so all monsters are at risk of being attacked, even though they are Camouflage monsters. On average, players will focus on speed to increase their chances, but in this battle, besides utilizing Speed, I also think about strategy by playing speed. In addition, the existence of a Martyr monster where the Martyr monster also has the opportunity to get an accidental attack from a Scattershot, placing the Martyr monster he is the main attacker will also be a strategy that I designed. I will explain the makeup of the monsters as well as the strategies of each monster through the table below.

MonsterPositionAbilitiesStrategy
Lily ShieldpawSummoner+1 Health, Camouflage, TriageSince Scattershot only applies to Range and Magic monsters, there will be a possibility that opponents will also use Sneak or Opportunity monsters with Melee attacks. This means Lily's Camouflage will be very useful, and a Sneak or Opportunity with Melee attack will target the monster in the first place. We only need to mount strong Tanks to survive. In addition, Lily also has the Triage ability, where as I explained above, Triage will restore the HP of monsters that are not in the first position, so monster that hit by an attack from Scattershot will be greatly helped if they receive Triage.
Cursed WindekuFirstThorn, Heal, SlowThis is a middle mana battle, so powerful tanks that don't spend much mana are rare, and the best choice for one of them is Cursed Windeku. This is because Cursed Windeku only requires mana cost 6 but has very interesting stats. Has a speed of 3 with Damage 4 Melee attacks and has HP 11. His ability is also very suitable to be a tank from melee attacks because he has Thorn. In addition to ity, this monster also has a Heal ability, where under normal conditions, each round of this monster's HP will restore as much as 4 HP. Another support of this monster is to have a Slow ability, where the speed of all enemy monsters will be reduced.
Venari MarkstratSecondMartyr, SnareThe position of Venari Markstrat who has Martyr ability is right next to Cursed Windeku and Silent Sha-Vi. This is so that when this monster dies, the stats of the two monsters will rise. This strategy is indeed somewhat different, because in Aimless I even focus on Melee attacks. In addition, this monster is also quite powerful as an attacker because it has 2 Range attacks with Snare abilities.
Silent Sha-ViThirdSneak, Cripple, PiercingIn third place, right next to the monster Martyr, Silent Sha-Vi will be the main attacker in this battle. With considerable damage and very fast speed and piercing ability, the attack of this monster will be very troublesome for the opponent's monsters. Moreover, if the Martyr monster dies and this monster increases in stats, then this monster will be even more terrifying.
Naga AssassinFourthBackfire, SwiftnessApart from being an attacker, Dragon Assassin will provide support in the form of increasing the speed of all friendly monsters through the Swiftness ability. In these rulesets, the higher the speed of your monsters, the bigger your ladder will be to win. This monster also has the ability to dodge Melee attacks and a fairly large range, this is because it has the Fireback ability combined with very high speed.
UraeusFifthSneak, PoisonUraeus is the second Sneak monster, besides Silent Sha-Vi. The specialty of this monster is because it has Armor and also has the Poison ability. This monster has the same attack target as Silent Sha-Vi. This will be very useful in the Holy Protection rulesets, because the first attack that hits the target will be repaired, just like protected by the Holy Shield.
Ravenhood WardenLastProtect, InspireRacvenhood Warden is one of the most important supports in my formation, this is because this monster has a Protect ability where all friendly monsters will get an additional 2 Armors. In addition, this monster also has the Inspire ability, where all Melee attack mustard from the team will get increased damage. This will be very helpful in attacking because in this battle I use 3 Melee monsters.

You can see the line-up of both teams from the picture below. The opponent uses Summoner Quix the Devious with the Ever-Hungry Skull formation which has the ability of Flying and Thorn in first place, Weirding Warrior with the ability of Shatter, Amplify, and Rust in second place, Ravenhood Warden in third place, Dragon Assassinm in fourth position, Dumacke Orc with the ability of Shield, Retaliate and Thorn in fifth position, and Magi Necrosi who has the ability of Snipe, Camouflage, Oppress, and Stun in last place.

I've also included a youtube video of this battle that you can play right away.

This battle is very interesting, with abilities as well as buffs and full debuffs filling the top and bottom of the monsters. This is a special attraction and makes you even more curious. Although this is a middle mana battle, the strategy of each team is full of calculations. Even so, it didn't take long to determine the winner in this battle.

STRATEGY DISCUSSION

The strategy that I applied in this battle runs very effectively. I won this battle easily, and the match went the way I expected. The Martyr ability that makes the stats of both monsters increase, and this is really very helpful for victory.
