Full Magic Monster Little League

Hello guys!
Yeeeeey I'm back again with my Splinterlands post. I'm writing this post to follow Splinterlands Mage Secrets Battle Challenge Little League. Well, its my second post to join this challenge. If my first post is a battle full range monster, this time I will share about battle with full magic monster.
I'm not a professional player or a tournament hero, so. I merely like to discuss battles and strategies that, in my opinion, are worthwhile. Because the disparities in ability that open up vary by league, it's possible that the fight methods I'd provide wouldn't be appropriate to use in other leagues. I fought modern rank battles on Gold leagues using my student account with IGN NIGHTMAREINBONE.
Without further ado, let's get to the point of this piece, guys!

BATTLE PREPARATION
Challenge Rules

RULESET: LITTLE LEAGUE
Description:
Only units and summoners with a mana cost of 4 or less may be used.

Battle Rulesets

The rulesets in this battle are:
- Wands Out (Only Monsters with Magic attack may be used in the battles)
- Little League (Only Monsters and Summoners that cost 4 mana or less may be used in battles)
- Weak Magic (Magic attack hit Armor before reducing Health)
- Mana Capacity 52
- Active Element Earth, Life, and Dragon.

Line Up and Strategy

| Monster | Position | Abilities | Strategy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Obsidian | Summoner | +1 Magic | In accordance with the Wands Out rulesets where only magic monsters can be used for battle, the Summoner guessed for this battle is the one that provides buff or debuff magic. So my choice fell to Obsidian which will increase attack damage for all monsters. |
| Elven Mystic | First | None | Due to the limited number of monsters that can be used, it is quite difficult to find monsters as tanks. So what I have in mind right now is how to keep playing monster attackers the longest. So I use starter cards like Elven Mystic to fill empty slots as tanks to withstand the opponent's attacks to protect other monsters that have more damage. |
| Venari Spellsmith | Second | Dispel. Amplify | I chose to put Venari pellsmith, a neutral monster that has 3 Health Points and 2 magic damage in second place, considering that this monster's abilities are not too necessary. |
| Spirit Hoarder | Third | Triage, Dispel, Blind | Spirit Hoarder, with Triage and Blind ability is in third place. This monster's HP is the same as the monster in the second position, but the damage it has is smaller. However, the Triage ability will restore other monsters that are not in the first position that receive the most attacks. This is obviously very useful, if the opponent uses the monster Scattershot, then it does not rule out the possibility that the minster who is not in the first position will also get an attack. Another possibility that can happen is if the opponent uses a Sneak monster, where the target of this monster is also not the monster in the first position, so Triage will be very useful. |
| Djinn Biljka | Fourth | Camouflage, Void, Weaken | It can be said that this is the most important monster in this line-up. Even though it only has 2 hp, this monster has 2 attack damage and also has a Void ability that can reduce one magic attack that hits this monster, also has a Weaken ability that will reduce 1 HP of all opposing monsters. |
| Queen Mycelia | Fifth | Protect, Amplify, Triage | Queen Mycelia has the most HP compared to other monsters. This monster also has Triage ability, the same as Spirit Hoarder. Other abilities, namely Amplify and Protect, are not very useful, because I don't have monsters with Reflect Magic. In addition, magic attacks also don't need to damage the Armor first before hitting Health, so protecting is also not important in this battle. |
| Madcap Magus | Last | Scattershot, Life Leech | In the last position, I chose Madcap Magus which is a Soulbound reward card. This monster has an initial HP of 2, but because it has Life Leech, this monster's HP will increase if this monster's attack hits the target's HP. In addition, this monster also has a Scattershot ability where the target of this monster's attack is not bound by anything. |

BATTLEFIELD ARENA
I've also included a youtube video of this battle that you can play right away.
Only 2 rounds are left to complete this battle. Very fast isn't it? This is because both teams do not have strong tanks and monsters that can be used do not exist.

STRATEGY DISCUSSION
In this conflict, my approach worked incredibly well. Even with a relatively little number of creatures, I easily won this combat. Little League does force us to consider carefully the best possible course of action.

wow dude! If there is something more difficult than a Little League game, it is a Little League game + wands out! Congratulations on that difficult victory!
In such a ruleset, often one single card can make the difference! Both players have choosen a very similar line up but the victory was in the small differences ;-) Great post!
I have picked this post on behalf of the @OurPick project and it will be highlighted in the next post!
