| Position | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Djinn Chwala | It has has 9 health, 5 shields and thorns against melee attacks. The high health and shields will hopefully make my tank last longer. |
| 2 | Cursed Windeku | It has has 10 health and thorns against melee attacks. The high health will hopefully make it (as the secondary tank) last longer than the opponent. |
| 3 | Harklaw | It has shield, and and will take only 1 damage at the end of end round. It will be able to last longer and still do decent damage. |
| 4 | Xenith Monk | It’s level 2 and has heals, and has high survivability in this ruleset due to healing the earthquake damage if it doesn't get hit. |
| 5 | Riftwing | Placed in the second last position, as it has Scavenger, which will allow it to build up some health everytime a card dies. It’s flying and won't take earthquake damage |
| 6 | Tower Griffin | Placed in the last position as it has it has a flying and will be able to poke at the opponent behind the Riftwing. |
This strategy using Dragon and Death, with high health and shield, was meant to outlast the opponent, as non-flying cards will take 2 damage at the end of each round. It also has a good chance of working as long as the opponent doesn't use Brighton Bloom. Luckily he didn't and I managed to outlast the opponent, though it was a fairly long drawn battle. It might have been a faster battle if I used the Water Splinter with lots of shields.
