Ah yes, it sounds like the perfect moment to do the examination of conscience. I usually go to confession on Sundays but any day is fine too. And as you mentioned, sitting back, relaxing and reflecting upon our life in the past week or month is definitely good to do in order to learn from our mistakes and make corrections.
