Valentine Themes Ruleset Modifier Hey Jealousy

In this content i want to share about new Ruleset Modifier called Hey Jealousy. This new ruleset modifier release after entering February. Of course this is for the valentine themes and many things changed with those theme. Battle Background, new Ruleset Modifier, New Skins too.

First i dont know that Valentine can bring such a disaster to some people including me. Especially in this new Ruleset. But first, lets talk about what seems nice as chocolate in this game.
I love those new skin. There are some skin that can be bought using Glint. If only i have all the cards, i will buy all the skin. But, so far i just buy the skin for the card that i have. The other will not be bought since i never used it anyway before i owned the cards.

There are 10 new valentine skins for this valentine themes. And all is for Conclave Arcana set cards. I only buy 2 of those skins. There is Buttercup Mauler which i already maxed this card and the other is Jicarilla The Rime that i got delegated from @blazekos thats why i am buying those skin. Its look cute for Jicarilla.

And now the bad side of the new updated Valentines Themes that is new ruleset modifier.

Hey Jealousy

This is the new ruleset that really make the meta changed and broken.
This ruleset is make all units attack the unit with the highest health. Units can use melee attacks from any positions. Similar with Melee Mayheem that makes all melee can attack from any position. But, what makes hard to arrange in this ruleset is All units will attacking the highest health first. So, it means it can changes the target everytime and its hard to calculating who will survive in the end and who is the carry one. Usually my strategy line up is contains tanker, supports, and carry. With this ruleset modifier whenever pick the carry, it can be attacked and cannot hide well in the battlefields. The tanker can be the last target since after its health below other else, the opponent will changed the target. Basically this new ruleset is annoyed me so much. Fortunately this modifier ruleset is rarely showing up in my battle recently. In 100 battles it just show 1 battle and i won the battle on my own account. But as i am scholar i often encountered with this ruleset. And not all battles show good result to me. Even though some of them i can win the battle. But, the truth is i still really confused with the calculations. Mostly i just following my gut and feeling about arrange the line up since i really cannot calculating properly in this ruleset.

Hey jealousy

The only battle that i have for Hey Jealousy modifier ruleset is this, you can click on the picture to view the battle. This battle have 3 ruleset. The first one is the new modifier like i told you before what the ruleset is. The point is unit will attacking the highest health unit first. The second is Odd Ones Out that means both player can only using odds mana units. And the last but no least is Taking Sides that means both player cannot using neutral units in this battle. This battle have 39 manacap with 2 element that cannot be used that is Fire and Death element. Actually those 2 elements that not active is really good whenever the odds mana. And since those good element cannot be used, i am using Elias Max Pruitt with dual element Water and Life element.
And here my line up

Since my deck is very limited with new Conclave cards and i just rent some in Rebellion Sets. So my choice is really limited. But, lets be creative this time. I pick this unit because it has Repair and Cleanse ability. Yes, this time i utilize the Repair and Cleanse ability. Since there is so few card that i can play using Armor play on odds card in both element.

For the tanker i am using Mystic Mudbinder. This unit is really good to be a tanker since having pretty good armor and ability. Having 6 armor with Void Armor ability will utilize the armor. Also this unit having armor charge too. So, my Elias can give other abilities such as repair and clease to this unit to make the looping of creating armor. Also this unit having Opress so, it will damage more if the opponent using Non attacker units. And the point to be a tanker is Heal ability that will healing its own Health.


The second card is Jicarilla The Rime. This unit is really usefull as support. This unit have Cleanse Rearguard that can cleansing any debuff from last units until 2nd units. And also this unit having tank heal ability that healing the tanker. And the third ability is Phase Ward that will give phase ability to the allied in front of Jicarilla. The last this card having echo that can cleanse twice each turn and also will healing twice too.


Next i am bringing Mar Torren Seeker as second little back up tanker. Of course this cannot be a real tanker but with Heal ability this unit can be a a good replaceable tanker. Also this unit have headwind that can reduce the range unit attack.


Next i am bring Daarg Deadblast because this unit having Triage ability that can healing backline. And also this unit having Swiftness that will boost allies speed. The rest of the ability is not used unless Dodge ability might be usefull if the opponent having opportunity ability and attacking this unit first.


Next i am still bringing Support unit that is Caravan Guard. This unit having triage ability. So, right now i am having 2 triage ability unit that can healing backline. Especially this unit having echo that can trigger twice for the triage ability. And added stack for Headwind ability that can reduce the opponent Range units.


And for the last line up i am using Argarux Magus as my little carry. This unit is really strong after killing opponent. But to trigger the bloodlust effect it will be very hard at beginning. But, after the Bloodlust effect trigger twice. This will be a serial killing machine. Since this unit having scattershot and also magic damage that can deal directly to health.


So, what can i do in this modifier ruleset battle is just preparing with triage ability. So, if my tanker got damage first, then it will trigger attacking the most health in my line up and it will be in the backline not in frontline anymore. Thats why i am bringing double triage in this modifier. And one unit using echo that means it can double the effect of triage. With this it will reduce the chance my backline defeated. Hopefully my frontline tanker can survive long in this battle. if my frontline tanker and Jicarilla passed away, it will be doomed for my line up since i dont have any back up defence anymore. Thats why if i can trigger twice on my Argarux Magus. It can be really nice. Turns out that the VIP in this battle is my Frontline tanker Mystic Mudbinder that given Repair and Cleanse ability. With just 2 additional armor each round it can gives in total 5 damage which is kinda lethal especially the opponent just bring 1 tank healer. Even though having echo in the end it will be defeated if the damage are higher than the healer. But, if you can see the battle, this is really unpredictable and though battle. Cannot calculating properly anymore.
