Stress by the modern narrative is such a popular term. The problem is, it doesn't actually exist. A system of control was invented to sell you meds. What is real is physical exhaustion caused by malnutrition and sleep deficit. Plastic food we are served and enslaving system we live in made sure we suffer from that. Once in this condition, individuals are easily managed into taking drugs and closing the circle of dependency. Any illness is basically one step away after that.

When we eat when tired or after a seriously intense daily activity, and then fall dormant, the whole sum of carbs converts into fat. No ifs or maybe. That's how we all function. How much we individually move around, is a different pair of sleeves.

If you have cravings right after a bigger meal and you think it should not be happening, then you need to kill off excess mushrooms in your guts or you lack some minerals. Possibly Magnesium. We don't see that one much around. Use Magnesium malate, that one is the best, but also cheap tabs are just fine for the fast fix.

One other reason why you are so tired is insufficient gut microbiota. You need microbiota to suck in nutrients. In that case, despite healthy food, the nutrients will not be made available to you.

If you are much tired and feel like you are losing a battle with your nutrient supply, just use EAA and Magnesium, that should keep you in better standings.

That's all for today. Have a nice day and thank you for reading.

True, enough sleep and a good diet prevents a lot of illnesses!

There are plenty of foods that contain magnesium, so if people just take care about what the eat, there's no need for pills! The following list is from the Australian government

pumpkin seeds, 30g — 156mg
chia seeds, 30g — 111mg
almonds, 30g — 80mg
spinach, boiled, ½ cup — 78mg
cashews, 30g — 74mg
peanuts, ¼ cup — 63mg
soymilk, 1 cup — 61mg
rolled oats, cooked in unsalted water, 100g — 29mg
bread, whole wheat, 2 slices — 46mg
avocado, cubed, 1 cup — 44mg
rice, brown, cooked, ½ cup — 42mg
milk, 1 cup — 24mg

The majority of the listed item contains a protein called lectin that can't be managed by cooking and we as a species don't have digestive enzymes to break it down. In the long run, this causes metabolical damage, especially to the liver. I am born more reactive to this compound so I avoid any food with it as it placed me in a hospital on multiple occasions without medical staff even knowing where to start with treatment. Governments' advice is not known to be user-friendly.

Thank you for visiting.
