It is important to build a balanced deck with different types of monsters including ranged, melee, magic attackers as well as monsters with different abilities and health. Some battle rules make certain monster cards extremely valuable.

Today, I want to talk about a monster card that is a double striker. It can attack with both ranged and melee attacks and it also has three special abilities that make it an excellent monster. This monster is called Skritka and it belongs to the Death element. It has some very interesting stats and abilities.

Let's discuss its visual appearance. It looks like a rat character that is wearing battle armor. It carries a dagger in one hand and a knife in the other that is ready to attack its enemies with both weapons...

Since it is a double striker, its artwork perfectly matches its abilities showing it in an aggressive fighting stance with weapons in both hands...

Now let's look at its stats. It is a 7 mana monster which means it can be used in almost any mana battle. It performs best in medium to high mana battles but you can also use it in low mana battles if you position it correctly.

At Level 4 it has 2 ranged attack and 3 melee attack. Therefore it can deal a total of five damage every round by using both attack types. Because it is a double striker it continuously attacks with both its ranged and melee attacks throughout the battle.

One weakness of this card is that it has no armor, so it cannot absorb damage with armor first. However it has 5 health which is still decent. If you place it in the right position and protect it with a strong tank then it can survive for a long time. With proper support, it can even stay alive until the end of the battle.

It also has 3 speed, which helps it attack faster and gives it a better chance of making enemy attacks miss.

At Level 4, this monster has three special abilities such as Kindred Will, Charge and Bulwark.

KINDRED WILL

The first ability is Kindred Will. At the start of the battle if its adjacent monsters also have the Kindred Spirit ability they gain Life Leech.

Because of this, it is a good idea to pair this monster with others that have Kindred Will or Kindred Spirit so nearby allies can benefit from Life Leech.

Life Leech increases a monster's current and maximum health every time it successfully damages an enemy. As the battle continues the monster becomes tougher and harder to defeat.

CHARGE

The second ability is Charge. This ability is especially useful for a double striker that has both ranged and melee attacks. Normally melee monsters can only attack from the front positions.

However with Charge, this monster can use its melee attack from any position on the battlefield. This gives you much more flexibility in positioning. In my opinion placing it in the backline is the best option because it stays protected while still dealing both ranged and melee damage.

BULWARK

The third ability is Bulwark. This ability gives you the option to turn this monster into a tank. If you place it in the first position it loses 2 attack power but in return it gains +8 health and +8 armor.

This makes it much stronger defensively. If your team needs a durable frontline monster, you can simply place it in the first position and let Bulwark transform it into a powerful tank.

PRICE AND RENTING

The most important section that is price and renting. At the starting level this monster usually costs around $1.70 to $2.60.

The exact Level 4 price is not listed but upgrading it to Level 4 generally costs around (approx) $8 to $10.

If you don't want to buy it you can simply rent it. Daily rental usually costs around 30 to 50 DEC making it an affordable option.

So, if buying the card is not possible renting it is a great way to enjoy its powerful stats and abilities in your battles.
