Monster Hunter Rise suffers from this problem! each update they release more variants of the same monster and while they do have a new mix of attacks and movements, it just isn't enough to make me think 'Oh wow! I am fighting a new monster'. So I get where you are coming from in this regard. We don't live in the 16-32 bit era anymore, We can afford the memory to have variety in our opposition!
