Splinterlands Battles Contest! Special ALL Gold Card Giveaway! #10

Hello everyone and welcome to my contest! This post marks my 10th Giveaway and I want to thank everyone for participating by giving out ALL GOLD CARDS!

The idea is that I'd like to highlight a battle or two featuring some strange, exciting, or FRUSTRATING battles for your viewing pleasure!

How This Will Work

This community is great and very welcoming to newcomers. If you browse PeakD, you'll see just how much user generated content there is which ranges from basic how to play guides, to more advanced strategies from the top leaderboard players, to investment advice!

To do my part in giving back, I'm starting a giveaway!

The rules are simple:

  1. Comment below with an interesting, strange, or hilarious battle (don't forget to include your in-game name)
  2. Provide a short comment on what makes your battle unique or special
  3. Upvote this post
  4. Entries must be entered before the post pays out (7 days from when I post).
  5. You may submit up to 3 entries but you can only win once.

If I select your battle to be featured on my next post, I'll send you a prize! Runner-up prizes will also be given!

Prizes for this Week

As I mentioned earlier, this week will be ALL Gold prizes. Yep, the featured battle as well as the two runner ups will all receive a Gold card!

The winner will be getting a Gold Venari Knifer and the two runner-ups will get a Gold Pelacor Deceiver and Gold Venari Heatsmith! Competition to win these gold cards will be tough this week!

Congratulations @tinyputerboy! Your battle was chosen as today's winner! This battle had me so confused and wondering how you managed to pull out the win but it was awesome! It definitely took me by surprise.

This battle was so shocking to me. I just couldn't see how you made it out alive and I love the use of Jared Scar. He's a tricky one to fit in but it's always so tempting to get that sweet Bloodlust.

The Most SHOCKING Moment

This is a very long battle but I want to show this image from the 2nd Round to highlight how ridiculous this was.

At one point, tinyputerboy had 3 monsters left, 2 of them have ONE Health and ONE Speed. The opponent still has a full line-up, although the tanks were a little beat up.

Just look at the opponent's lineup and how much damage they can put out!

This battle was great because it was like you saw your opponent's lineup prior to setting your own and decided to just go full out Magic Reflect. Your opponent was basically killed by their own attacks! I mean you were just toying with your opponent with this lineup.

I HATE running into Llama lineups but this one was uniquely frustrating, as you can imagine. You can't win if you can't even hit your opponent!

Thanks a million for the card!! Yeah, that was a wild battle. I actually love Jarad Scar. He's far from invincible. Usually he needs a favorable ruleset and a little team synergy to get on his roll. Last time it was 99 mana/blast and the Shieldbearer drawing fire for a close shave.

Here's Equalizer and the Time Mage for the rout! Opponent was spamming water and the Demented Shark. His slowed team never had a chance.

And of course the the best ruleset for Bloodlust... Equal Opportunity. Armorless Jarad vs. the double striking Grund. Jarad doesn't have a chance. Right?
