Splinterlands Art Contest

Hiii everyone~~ ^^
Here’s my drawing of “Countess Sinash” - a very less scary version!!
Drawing this portrait was so fun. She didn't turn out as cool as she looked in the card so I had to draw some flames in the background to give a badass vibe to her. (Hope that worked out~)

Here is a tip to draw smooth skin: To do so, you should use a white pencil (My suggestion: Prismacolor) to blend all the colors together. After doing so, the colors become a little lighter so you need to color it again.

hope you like it ^^

I used a white pen to draw and created those little highlights on her lips and her eyes and to draw her hair I used a paper cutter to draw the highlights.

Materials

Prismacolor and Faber-Castell colored pencils on Steinbach paper
white pen and paper cutter

Wow, this drawing of "Countess Sinash" is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the use of white pencil to blend the colors together for a smoother skin texture. I also love the idea of using a paper cutter to create the highlights in her hair, it gives it such a unique touch. Good luck in the contest.

I love your art and your style. Your analog color art is almost unrivaled here on Hive. If i may ask a request of you to consider for your future posts. Thank you for adding process images as i requested last time, long ago. I do think it has enhanced the quality of your overall posts.

Can you try to include at least one final image that isn't on the tilt. If you have a scanner, that would be the easiest way to get the best quality image of your art. If you are taking photos it can be tricky to get the photo just right with lighting and shadows... but it's worth it in the end. It also presents better if/when you when and get added to the winners list!

Thank you for the suggestion. I will keep that in mind for the future posts ^^ I don’t have a scanner but I’ll try to take a better pic :)
