i agree that we the people need to contribute to pay for certain infrastructure and some other stuff. i guesstimate however that 80% of our taxes goes to fatten the already fat cats and their puppets and to the en-slavery and mass murder (some quickly with war and some slowly with toxic food, mass-media brainwashing etc. etc.
So yes, i think we would be best served to minimise in whatever way possible ant taxes we pay to corrupt governments and instead donate to communities which use equitable governance systems, such as The Matrix-8 Solution, where the people decide how the voluntary "taxes" are spent.
Have you researched #Matrix8 yet brother. Are you taking responsibility?

it will be, yes. It is in blueprint stage at the moment, needing 50 to 100 people to research to a level of understanding, then pre-alpha test it with the cause group being to build a DApp so it can be used by large groups. You can find info in New Age DApps Hive community.

Ok, I just read your post, I love the fractal structure of decision making. It makes perfect sense for me. You can add me to the list for any testing and development endevours.
I'm interested if there is any idea for formalization of choosing the delegate and negotation process. I'm interested in NVC and I can see this as perfect tool for latter task.

i'm familiar with NVC. i think there may not be too much need for NVC in the anonymous consensus meetings (8PAC's) as no-one will know who they are talking with, so there should hopefully be not personal/emotional issues arising, no triggering. As to the process, i think in each meeting the general goal will be known (directed from the larger (not anonymous, or pseudo-anonymous - no KYC - and NVC could well be helpful in the cause group meetings), i think each of the 8 people in each 8PAC meeting will have a turn to speak uninterrupted, then i think another one or two rounds with some proposing next action step to vote on, then vote. If consensus not reached, then another round. If reached, a delegate is voted to speak the achieved consensus in delegates 8PAC meeting.
