I bought 2 gold foil cards - Frontier and Escalation editions!

Season in Splinterlands is almost finished. We all trying to get best division we can make. End of the season is great time to prepare for new one. I silently looking for new cards on the market, making bids and who knows sometimes I just bought new cards, which I don't expect before. Like last time.
Transactions
First of all I bought Frontier gold foil card, which I leveled up to silver max level. I played some games with this tank and I can tell you that this is really good card even for modern rankeds in diamond league sometimes.
And second one from escalation edition, still missing 1 bcx to level up this card to silver level.

This was really quick battle and my tank versus low level cards was super strong.
I not even lost any of my cards during this battle.
So this only show how strong was my team!

My thoughts about Scales Of Justice
Really good card as first tank or secondary tank, when there is snipe ruleset or you want to play versus ranged attack or melee attacks. Dodge works here pretty well. This card is not good versus magic attack so you need to be carefoul about that.

My thoughts about Blue Wyrm Travesty
Really powerful card for high mana - 13. I had no occasion to test Blue Wyrm Travesty in battle, this is my brand new purchase. Still missing 1 bcx to finish Wyrm to silver level league, so I waiting to find the last one bcx. But this card is so strong even on level 3 at level 5 get +1 attack damage, so Wyrm is heavy attacker, which I warmly welcome in my team. Common units are really cool, because can be played almost all the time, when you have enough mana to use this card.

That battle was over before it even got interesting. Your opponent didn't really have anything to deal with Scales of Justice.
Magic was banned, so in this scenario it was best choice.
I had one more game with this card, but can't find it in my last 75 games.

Brother 75 games 😱 never played this much in one day.
I played even more, but not this time.
My energy now is on lows.
When I made challenge from 0 rating to champion it was with one big win streak without lose on my alt - like 114 wins in a row something like that. I started with 50 energy, got bunch of energy from advancements, chests and I maybe bought some energy for dec, I don't remember well. It took me like 5-6h of playing to advance to champion III and I finished playing, when I broke win streak. It was in wild. I had many rented max level cards. But it was long time ago.
When you are in high champion, sometimes game can't find you opponent and waiting time is really long.
Nice, a 114-win streak is absolutely insane. Reaching Champion III in just 5–6 hours must have taken a lot of focus. I can also imagine how frustrating it is to wait so long for matches at the Champion level.

Nice purchases! I think Scales of Justice was definitely worth it. After seeing that battle I can understand why you're happy with it. Now all that's left is finding that last BCX for Blue Wyrm Travesty. 😄
