Welcome Guys!

This post will be about my brilliant streategy, which let me secure the win in first battle of brawl. First of all to make this I needed make a good combo. So I decided to put NIDDHOGR (DRAGON TYPE ARCHON) + BARASHKUKOR (DEATH UNIT) with 5 MAGIC POWER DAMAGE. My strategy was really simple just use this huge unit for 13 mana with additional buff from NIDDHOGR, which is + 2 speed and execute monsters with 2 or less hp. How it works? My 3 units can execute any unit on the table with 2 or less hp, so I can deal huge damage and after that, if unit have 2 or less hp finish that unit with additional attack. This archon work pretty well with magic units like BARASHKUKOR. Of course not in any match I can play with this both units, because archon and death unit cost a lot of mana so it like situational combo, which works very well, when I am able to use this in battle especially in brawl :)

I am not a big fan of adding blast only, when there is a reverse speed ruleset. Because having additional speed not help there and with that ruleset my units can miss or not even attack in time, because speed order favourite lower speed units. But in this battle of brawl there was ruleset for slower units, which gonna attack first. I decided to take a risk and still play with execute and additional speed and my risk was worth it! He played mainly with AD units and my main Ability Damage Spell Caster had a lot of armor, so was fine even with more speed.

First round - my team at the bottom

brawl first round.png

My team is composed of 4 units with ability power and 2 melee units at front

I put additional speed and execute on my healer, spellcaster with 5 ability power and main tank, which was slow anyway but had much hp and not bad damage from AD.

Oportunity units from enemy team killed my healer really fast, but my main damage dealer was in good position to make huge damage and secure kill on his tank.

Second round

Second ruleset, which give me additional speed for kill like bloodlust still not help me but playing with magic power damage i can have 7 speed and hit all time in his units. He had no phase to dodge my ability attack and after kill I got additional armor, which tank his opportunity gladiator unit. So basically it was not so great with playing with additonal speed, but let's be honest I allways landed a hit and get more kills to snowball in late game anyway. So not a bad deal I should say. I lost my corrupt healer in second round, but main damage dealer was ready to kill another enemy units.

Third round

This round look like a free win. He have only 1 magic unit, which is nerfed a lot from making any dangarous damage on my monsters. His melee units have not much hp, so I probably one shot them with my 13 mana monster.

Fourth Round

My tank is still alive and my main damage dealer is safe as last unit. Get additional 1 magic power and now have 8 magic damage. THIS MONSTER IS JUST DEATH REAPER BUHAHAHA :D

Battle finished in round 4th with last kill on my main unit, so at the end DEATH MONSTER had 9 magic damage that's a HUGE!!! That's why I like to play Splinterlands. You make risky calls, like playing with execute and additional speed, but you know what I just was I don't give a f... and let's go :D And it was totally worth it.

Sometimes taking a risk is what makes Splinterlands fun and this battle is a great example. Your main damage dealer became an absolute monster by the end.
Congrats on the flawless victory!
