Splinterlands - Coastal Sentry with Possibilus the Wise

Hello everyone, have a nice day and good battles. This time I will share with you a battle from a tournament I participated in. In this tournament, only untamed and chaos legion cards were allowed, and the max level of the cards was adept.

In this battle there are two active modifiers. The first one is Heavy Metal, which only allows the use of units with armor; and the second one is called Fire & Regret, so when units are damaged by ranged attacks, the attackers will take 50% of the damage they inflicted.

This time, I used the summoner Possibilus the Wise, who grants +2 health to all its units. Additionally, it grants them the Reach ability, so melee units will be able to attack from the second position; and also the Trample ability, so when melee units defeat an enemy unit, they will perform another attack against the next enemy unit.

In the first position is Diemonshark, an incredible melee units with good power and speed. It has the trample ability on its own.

In the second position is Coastal Sentry, who has 3 melee attack power, and has the Double Strike ability, so she will be able to attack twice per round, so if there are no reductions, she can deal up to 6 physical damage per round.


In the third position is Demented Shark, which has the Inspire ability, which allows it, while alive, to grant +1 attack power to its melee allies and itself.

In the fourth position is Noa the Just, who has no attack power, but has the Rust ability, so while he is alive, he reduces the armor of all enemy units by 2.


In the fifth position is River Hellondale, who has the Resurrect ability, so the first allied unit that is defeated, will return to the game with only 1 health but with all of its armor.

In the sixth and last position is Swamp Spitter, my only ranged unit in this battle; which has the Repair ability, which allows it to restore 2 armor points to the allied unit that has taken the most damage to its armor in each round.


Battle

In the first round, the enemy ranged unit, Halfling Alchemist is defeated after attacking my Diemonshark, due to the return fire effect.

In the second round, the enemy Chain Golem is defeated by the second attack of Coastal Sentry.

In the third round, Coastal Sentry defeats the enemy, Arachne Thug. Then, the enemy Djinn Muirat defeats my Diemonshark, but it is resurrected thanks to the effect of my River Hellondale. Unfortunately, my Diemonshark is defeated once again after being attacked by the enemy undead Usut.

In the fourth round, Coastal Sentry defeats the enemy, Djinn Muirat. After that, my Demented Shark defeats the enemy golem, Disintegrator.

In the sixth round, after many attacks between the units, my Coastal Sentry ends the battle by defeating the enemy undead, Usut.

The opponent opted to play with the summoner Mimosa Nightshade, who reduced the ranged attack power of my units by 1. In addition, her units took 50% less damage from magic attacks. But it was not enough to withstand the attacks of my units.

My Coastal Sentry caused the most damage thanks to her double strike ability, and I only lost one unit in this battle. A great victory for my water units under the command of the legendary Possibilus the Wise.
