Splinterlands - Defeating Heloise the Hollow with Warborn Shaman

Hello everyone, have a nice day and good battles. This time I will be sharing with you a modern ranked battle, where I managed to defeat the annoying Heloise the Hollow, one of the most powerful units in Splinterlands, not only for her attack power, but even more so for her abilities.

Heloise the Hollow starts at level 1 with Taunt, forcing enemy units to attack her. She also has the Opportunity ability, which allows her, while in the backline, to attack the enemy unit with the least health.
At level 2, Heloise learns the Spite ability, which allows her to counterattack the enemy unit that defeats her in combat.
And at level 4, she learns the Soul Siphon ability. This is the reason why Heloise is so powerful and I must say meta. She is able to resurrect on the battlefield as long as there is a non-weary ally, but she resurrects with half of her hit points. Each time she resurrects, she inflicts weary on her non-weary ally with more health, and reduces their health by 50%.
And at the max level, she has the Final Rest ability, so she is immunte to the final rest effect, this protects her soul siphon ability from being negated.
In this battle, there are three active modifiers. The first is the Briar Patch modifier, which deals 2 physical damage to any melee unit that succesfully attacks. The second is Maneuvers, so melee units are able to attack from the second position. And finally, there is the Earthquake modifier, which deals 2 physical damage to all non-flying units at the start of each round.

In this battle, I used the legendary fire/death archon, Lorkus, who grants +1 melee attack power to my Mantaroth and +1 magic attack power to all my magic units. And thanks to his left-tactics, I granted the Life Leech and Affliction abilities to Warborn Shaman and Kelan Gaines so that they can gain health based on the damage they deal by 50% and have a 50% chance to apply afflicted to the target, preventing them from healing.

In the first position, I put the legendary Mantaroth, who will take 50% less damage from physical attacks. He is also capable of attacking with his armor and has true strike. Additionally, he will restore 2 armor to an ally each round.
In the second position, I put the ulund Bellowmancer, another unit with shield. It will force enemy units to attack it, and magic damage will hit its armor first.

In the third position is Nalara Geinek, who will take 50% less damage from magic attacks and reduces the attack of magic enemies by 1.
In the fourth position is Warborn Shaman, who will lead the battle. She will attack in the ambush round and has a 50% chance to apply poison when attacking. Additionally, she will restore one third of her health in each round.

In the fifth position, I put Arachne Weaver who will restore the health of her allies by 70% each round. Her attacks have a 50% chance to apply poison and will gain 1 health each time any unit dies.
In the sixth position, I put Kelan Gaines, who will attack the first non-melee enemy unit behind the first positon and will attack twice per round.
Battle
In the first round, Heloise the Hollow is defeated twice by Kelan Gaines, who is unfortunately defeated due to Heloise's Spite ability. Then, Heloise is defeated twice more, first by Warborn Shaman and then by Bellowmancer, the latter being defeated by the counterattack. After that, Heloise is defeated by Arachne Weaver, and finally Mantaroth defeats Heloise this time for good, since all her allies have the weary ability, which means she can no longer resurrect.

In the second round, the enemy Mahkah Hemlig defeats Mantaroth. Then, Arachne Weaver defeats the enemy Mantaroth.

In the third round, Venka the Vile defeats Nalara Geinek. Then, the enemy Fizbo is defeated by Arachne Weaver.
In the fourth round, Arachne Weaver defeats the enemy Venka the Vile.

In the fifth round, unfortunately my Arachne Weaver is defeated by the earthquake effect. After many rounds, in the eighth, Warborn Shaman defeats Lord Thanalor and finally in the twelfth round ends the battle by defeating the minotaur Mahkah Hemlig.

Full Battle
Heloise the Hollow is a truly terrifying unit, capable of resurrecting many times, but that doesn't mean she is invencible. In this battle, I luckily manage to defeat her 6 times in the first round, but because of this I lost two units in the process, anyway, it's worth for defeat Heloise.
After defeated the main threat, the battle became easier, as the remaining enemy units had the weary ability, so they had over a 10% chance of taking no action in each round. In the end, my Warborn Shaman was my only unit on the battlefield and the enemies didn't stand a chance against her, as she gained a lot of hit points thanks to the Leech Life ability provided by Lorkus.
