Splinterlands - Kron the Undying VS Quora Towershead
Hello everyone, have a nice day and good battles. This time I will show you a battle from a tournament I participated in, where the Earthquake modifier is active, which deals 2 physical damage to all non-flying units at the beggining of each round, starting from round two. In this tournament, the max allowed level for the cards is adept, so it will be a pretty calm battle.
In this battle, I used the summoner Scarred Llama Mage, which grants +2 health to all my units and will remove the negative effects of the frontline ally in each round. Additionally, the last unit on my team will gain the buff of the Last Stand ability, so it will gain 50% bonus to all its stats.
In the first position is Halfling Refugee, the best 1 mana unit currently in the game. His stats are pretty high for only costing 1 mana. His only drawback is his weary debilitation, so he has a 10% chance each round of being unable to attack.
In the second position is Fungus Spawn, a unit with 0 mana cost, so it's pretty good even if it only lasts one round.
In the third position is Furious Chicken, another 0 mana unit, the first one to appear in Splinterlands. It cannot attack at level 1, but at least acts as bait.
In the fourth position is Elanor Bravefoot, my last 0 mana unit, and this one has also the weary debilitation, just like my frontline unit.
In the fifth and last position is Kron the Undying, who will most likely be my unit to gain the buff of Last Stand ability, so he will have 18 hit points when this happens, and thanks to his heal ability, he will restore 6 hit points each round.
Battle
In the first round, Kron the Undying defeats the enemy Mycelic Morphoid.
In the second round, the enemy Fungus Spawn is defeated by the earthquake effect. Then, the enemy Halfling Refugee defeats my Refugee. After that, my Kron the Undying defeats the enemy Refugee.
At the start of the third round, my Fungus Spawn, Furious Chicken and Elanor Bravefoot are defeated due to the Earthquake effect. So, now it's a versus between Kron and the enemy gladiator Quora Towershed, who unfortunalety didn't gain any extra stats.
In the sixth round, after many attacks my Kron the Undying ends the battle by defeating the gladiator Quora Towershead.

This time my opponent played with the summoner Lobb Lowland, who allowed him to play with a gladiator, and he chose the epic, Quora Towershead, but unfortunately for him, his Quora didn't defeat any of my units, which were all defeated by the eartquake. Thanks to this, she couldn't deal enough damage to defeat my Kron, who recovered 6 hit points each round.
So, it was a pretty easy win for my Llama and Kron combo, which have helped me win many battles; this is another victory for the record.
