Splinterlands - Opening 4 gladius cases with blood stones

This time I will be opening 4 gladius packs and use blood stones, which are the equivalent of alchemy potions to increase my chances of getting legendary gladiators by 0.8%. Thanks to the incredible 10% discount of my guild lodge, each blood stone only cost me 54 merits.

Unfortunately, I didn't get any legendary or gold unit, but I did get an epic one, the cyclops Gorth.

Now, my fire djinn, Orella Abadon, just needs one more copy to reach level 7, where she will gain +1 hit point for a total of 5 hit points. This means I will be able to summon her when the beefcakes modifier is active, which only allows units with 5 or more hit points to enter the battlefield.

And my furious human, Kotriphys Bayne, just needs three more copies to reach level 7, where he will gain +1 hit point. And when he reaches the max level (7), he will learn the Enrage ability, so when he is not at full health, his melee attack power and speed will increase by 50%.

Currently, this is my collection of rare gladiator cards (regular foil). For now, I only have one unit at level 7, and the rest are at level 6. It's been a long time since gladiators were implemented, and I still have a long way to go to max them out. Anyway, it's incredible each time I level one up, as I feel like I'm getting closer to completing my collection.
I wish you the best of luck and have fun playing Splinterlands.

Guild discounts and Blood Stones definitely make Gladius openings more exciting. Even though luck wasn't on your side today, the progress toward stronger Gladiators is still worth it. Happy battling ☺️
I wasn't lucky this time, but I'm sure next time will be better, or maybe not? 😛
Cheers 🤗
