Splinterlands - Poisons in the frontier
Hello everyone, have a nice day and good battles. This time I will be share a fontrier battle, in one of which, the noxious fumes modifier will be active, which causes all units to have poison, which deals 2 damage at the beginning of the second round onwards. And the other modifier active is called, Up Close & Personal, which only allows melee units to enter the battlefield.
In this battle, I decided to choose the death archon, Thalgrimore, who reduces the hit points of all enemy units by 1, this is really great with the poison effect.
In the first position I put Spinetail Fiend, which has no abilities, but has a great melee attack power of 3.
In the second position I put the rodentian, Nim Guard Captain, who has the Void ability, which allows it to take 50% less damage from magic attacks.
In the third position is the minotaur, New Beluroc Aegis, which forces the enemy units in the backline to attack it first since it has the Taunt ability.
And in the fourth and last position is the Great Bear Druid, who has no abilities, but has magic and melee attack.
Battle
In the first and second rounds there were no defeated units, but at the beginning of the third round the poison effect defeats two enemy units (Sherringham Logger and New Beluroc Aegis) and my Spinetail Fiend.
Then my Great Bear Druid defeats the enemy Twice Yester Knight with a magic attack.
And at the beginning of the fourth round, the poison effect defeats two of my units (New Beluroc Aegis and Great Bear Druid) and the last enemy, Vengeful Monk, ending the battle.
Full Battle
Fortunately, I managed to win with my rodentian, Nim Guard Captain alive, who ended up with only 1 hit point.
The death archon, Thalgrimore is very good in the noxious fumes modifier and has proven it once again. A very quick and calm battle in the frontier. Good luck with your battles.
