I did and find some black foils on sale . I finally find a black foil legendary with dual attack that is listed below 100 USD . This is the #2/10 mint and the only existing as of now.

HOW TO GET BLACK FOIL CARDS

c. Foundations Chests: There is a chance to find Black Foil cards in Foundations Chests within the game's special formats.

MY BLACK FOIL COLLECTIONS

This month i managed to purchased a total of 10 black foils that are on sale on the market. I say it is on sale as i can imagine that this are being sold below my expected price.

This are all my black foil collections most are purchase this month. Now i got 1 legendary, 2 epic, 6 rare and 1 common. Most of this are bought below 100 USD including the black foil great bear druid and the #1 mint saltwater mage.

OTHER PLAYERS PURCHASING THE BLACK FOIL ON SALE IN THE MARKET

This player @sprstoner is purchasing 8 black foils at around/ less than 400 USD. He even purchased an epic black foil at 19.90 USD. I think this price are low specially that this are black foils with limited prints/ mints

THOUGHT:

This black foils being sold in the market looks like cheap and this are very good collections that one day a blackfoilmatters would seek it. Imagine it is like @goldmatters collecting gold foils . The one good thing about this is that it has a mint number attach to it. So who would not like to collect it.
